I have celiac and the staff is very accommodating and understanding of my requests for toppings from the back. This new ownership and crew of workers is absolutely incredible. As someone with celiac who has to ask for special treatment to keep my food safe, and sometimes get scoffed at, I have never had that experience here. The staff are SO kind and supportive. It is appreciated beyond words!! Thank you for being so kind and accommodating me so that I can eat without concern!!!

This specific location is certainly the WORST of them all. I'm definitely a fan of Jersey Mike's, but with the unsanitary conditions and poor service here, someone should look into these concerns.

First, teach the employees how to listen. I ordered a mini tuna and, after doing so, the guy asked if I wanted regular or large. Then, as the woman was finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said no, and then she asked if I wanted chips or a drink. Hellooooooo!Next, as she was ringing up my order, a woman walked in and the woman waiting on me stopped serving me and served the woman who just came in. Your customer service barely gets one star.The sandwich itself is bland. I don’t expect pizazz with a tuna sandwich, but this is disappointing. Subway and Pork Belly have better, but I thought I’d give Mike’s a try.I have and I won’t be back. Oh, one other thing: clean the sink area behind the cash register. For as slow as they were, that place should be spotless. It wasn’t.
