Made an delivery order. Called the store 40 minutes later to see how much longer it would be. And they said it didn't go out with there delivery driver and now they no longer have a driver in working. So I ended up with my order canceled. Very disappointed in the fact that they were not going to even call and let me know.

Well at least they got the actual sandwich right...giant turkey tom... But no thank you for no extra lettuce and tomatoes... half of sandwich had 0 tomatoes why? So that I can call and complain and you can ask me to come back when I drive an hour and a half to work... you did it on purpose it's not that hard to make a giant turkey tom extra lettuce extra tomato. Next time I'll make sure to hold up your drive through to make sure you made the sandwich right.
Edit: I found tomatoes under the meat on 1 half but still no extras.

This store needs help. Was there only one time which is the last time. While the employees were okay, but the food was barely edible. Been to Jimmy John's in Denver Colorado where the food is much better, service is quick, and prices were fair. This place I have no idea who owns it, but the owner needs to go to culinary school or something. In all honesty I am surprised this place is still open. Jersey Mike's is way better in many regards compared to this place. With that said.
I went there in June of 2024 and got an Italian Sub and drink as I wanted to use the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Mind you there weren't but 3 cars in line, but it took almost 20 mins to get my order. Once I got home I opened the sub and it tasted bland like it had no seasoning on it. Ate like 3 bites and throw the rest to the dogs at least my dogs enjoyed it.
I am sticking to Jersey Mike's from now on as I learned my lesson not to go astray.

I am reviewing as I am sitting in the drive thru 8/1/24. Whoever runs this store doesn’t know what they are doing. I tried going inside but the doors were locked at 6pm. It’s been 10 minutes in the drive thru with 2 people ahead of me. This is insane.
**Edit. I pulled up to the window. Was not acknowledged and had to honk my horn to get someone to come to the window. He asked if I had a number 12 beach club and I said no! I ordered a number one with chips. Then said sorry I don’t see that order. THATS RIDICULOUS. I pulled off with no food and went to Wendy’s across the street and had food within 2 minutes of going through the drive thru. Just wow.

Wow. This place was magical. This experience genuinely changed me as a person, I don’t know what I would’ve done without this. This made my day infinitely better, especially that one worker(You know who you are). Totally recommend, 10/10, now my family and friends go here as well!

They never have a delivery driver but still accept delivery orders through the app. They don't call to tell you if they don't so you just wait half an hour for nothing. This location should just be closed down if they don't deliver

I have ordered from this location many times, and in in the last year it has definitely gone down hill. My husband always orders hot peppers and 50% of the time they are forgotten, they have forgotten my mayo, they have forgotten our chips, and most recently we showed up at 9:40 (they close at 10) and they said they were “out of bread”…. I didn’t think of it at the time but I should have said I was ordering a lettuce wrap, because I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to make our sandwiches…
