I had to go out of my way because my Jimmy John's location was already closed for the night. I think from now on, I will go to the Eagan location specifically because of Gary and Will. Just left the drive thru and the lady that took my order with washed out light purple pony tail and ugly nails is very rude! Had an attitude didn’t greet me or look at me just slammed the drive thru window shut after she handed me my order! Today I went there again 7/18/2025 (different day then my last review above) same lady with the smug look on her face! Get rid of her!!

Went here during my lunch break to grab a #16 toasted (with cucumber and vinegar/oil). After ordering, the employee at the mic answers after some silence “So, no tomatoes?”…Im not sure if she did not understand English, so I explained that I did not say anything of the sort and explained again. She then answers “No cheese?”. At this point, I don’t know what to think, other than that she isn’t interested in listening or she’s scrolling through her phone. I get my sandwich and it’s cold, not cut, and without tomatoes, cucumber or oil. When I explain to her for the 4th time (this time at the window), she takes the sandwich back and goes to put it in the microwave 🤦🏾♂️. I tell herher “I don’t want it microwaved”, but that I want her to make what I asked. After telling her this, she says “you want to warm it up yourself?”. What?!?!? No, that isn’t what I said. I’m not sure if she is new or maybe has hearing issues, but because I was already there for 10 minutes dealing with it, I just asked for my money back. The whole issue is the fact that she wouldn’t take a second to actually listen to my very simple order and instead of making the sandwich that I paid for, she kept responding with suggestions that had no relation to the situation. So, not only do I miss lunch today, but my refund will take “2-3 business days to show”. Crazy frustrating experience (which is the first time something like this has happened at any JJ). Basic training and some common courtesy will help this employee, but I doubt she is self aware enough to improve. I went to JJ today hungry…I left Hangry! Do better!

Stop in here twice a week. All staff is kind friendly and they make sure the food is fresh. Placed order was an hour late they made my whole order over they offered. I love the staff here. The best service from Shameek. He is kind and always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. 10 stars!!!!
Showed up at 9:38pm to a closed store after driving 20 mins from Bloomington to get there.... employees must have decided they didn't need to stay open for there posted hours....
