4 hours for my delivery? Freaky SLOW! Missing items, and when I go too the hotel lobby, the bag of food was just laying on a table, ripped open, with chips, potato salad, and sauce laying on the floor. Just terrible. I called and was told the manager was too busy to talk to me, but they could refund me for the missing items or deliver them. I told them I wanted them. It's now been over 4 hours from my order, and they aren't even answering the phone.

After an hour of waiting I had to finally call and cancel my order. When youre paying $25 for a sandwich to be delivered it should be delivered in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous

One of the fastest and cleanest Jimmy John's I've been to. Orders are always accurate and ready quickly. There's both outdoor and indoor seating available. Plenty of free parking nearby.

Andrew, a cashier, claimed he was the manager and hung up on me when I inquired about my order that was made incorrectly. Then when I called back, he screamed into the phone and hung up again. He needs some major training on professionalism and maybe some additional training on how to properly make a sandwich without forgetting 1 of 3 ingredients. Putting lettuce on a sandwich is not rocket science.
