The last time I was here, my fiance and I had the worst service we've had in long time. Our waitress not only never checked on us once she put in our order, she also never asked us if we wanted a beverage, and she acted inconvenienced when we asked for our bill. Come to find out, we were also DOUBLE CHARGED for our meal. Our waitress told us we needed to add a tip before we swiped the card, which we thought was odd. We later found out that we were charged once pre-tip, and once after tip. Since, I have called FIVE times and spoken with management and the charge has still yet to come off. It's such a shame because we have been here many many times, and have loved it every time but now I don't think I will ever return. They stole our money and I doubt we will ever get it back. Completely ruined our attitude towards this place. So sad.

Great atmosphere by the window and terrific food. It's the little things that matter. Simple items were the most splendid. Pasta dish surpasses steak.

We loved the food the one time we went here BUT it seems to never be open when we are looking for a place to eat! Never open for lunch. Maybe we can go for weekend brunch. No we can't. No brunch or lunch and closed all day Sunday and Monday. I assume it's a chronic staffing issue but frustrating

I had a momcation at Omni and ate at Kyndred Hearth not expecting much but was completely blown away by how good the food is, and that says a lot since I lived in NYC for 14 years and I'm a bit of a snob. I had the hangar steak and the golden beets with goat cheese and everything was insanely delicious and well-presented.

Great atmosphere, although I wouldn't call it quiet. Not too loud to enjoy conversation. Nice selection of menu items and everything was well prepared. Good drink menu. Waitstaff appeared to be covering too many tables. Would recommend highly though.

The chefs at Kyndred Hearth exceeded my expectations this weekend. I have many food allergies and assumed that my only option would be a dinner salad. However, the chef created a special salmon entree that was free of gluten, dairy, and corn. It was exceptional --- and so above and beyond! I would highly recommend Kyndred Hearth!
