The hostess here had a disrespectful attitude toward Asians when we first entered the restaurant, then she spoke ill of us in Chinese and thought we didn't understand Chinese.

Great sushi and all you can eat lunch/dinner. Food comes out pretty fast and service is great. Rainbow roll and Dynamite Roll are some of my favorites.

This is a great sushi restaurant in the south metro. They also have excellent Udon and tempura menu options. I have never been disappointed in the quality I received. The "All you can eat" option represents good value compared to ordering from the menu. My wife and I typically get more food for about 2/3 the price when dining in on vs ordering from the menu. I don't personally feel that the selection is diminished in the unlimited option vs the standard menu. The restaurant can get a bit loud during peek times, but that is to be expected. There are plenty of tables, so we have rarely had to wait. Servers are timely in taking orders, though sometimes the sushi kitchen can be slow. The "hot"/non-sushi kitchen is always incredibly fast.

It's a good price for the amount of food you get all you can eat. I do something. They pack the rolls a little heavy with rice on some of them but the sashimi is good. The service can be a little lacking when they get busy so keep that in mind if you like to have a lot of refills. Other than that though, I think this place has great fried options. Very crispy.

My sis and I ordered all you can eat - we are not big eaters and I was mindful of the no waste policy. I ordered the eel which consisted of three tiny little pieces of eel placed on top of a a small bowl with a bunch of dry rice. Our unfriendly and dismissive server arrived to pick up our plates and while hovering over me proceeded to harass and bully me into eating the rest of the rice or we would be penalized . Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this. Her lack of grace, discernment and power tripping led me to put her in her place immediately and I had her bring her boss which she retorted with a 'whatever' - her boss came over and apologized. I asked for another waitress who was trying to compensate and I felt bad for her but she was sweet. We finished our meal and gave the new waitress a big tip.

I have no idea how they manage to offer all you can eat... The food and service are consistently very good. Makes it a challenge to eat responsibly. ?Our favorite sushi place around the twin cities. When our kids fly in to visit they always ask to go to Kyoto for dinner. (They really like the items with eel)Vegetarian options: If you are a strict vegetarian where you cannot have your food touched by non-vegetarian items then this restaurant may not work for you.

Delicious! Decided to try Kyoto since it had been a while since I had sushi last. Spicy tuna roll and the fried soft shell crabs were phenomenal. The crabs were perfectly fried and the tuna was delicious but not overpowering with its spice level. My only complaint would be that I unfortunately had to get it delivered instead of dining in but oh well. I'll definitely be giving Kyoto another try next time I'm in the Eagan area.

When their prices were cheaper, it was worth the bottom tier sushi and food. However, they’ve raised the prices to $30+ a person. That’s honestly just not worth it. The sushi is eh/mid. the food is mid. the portions are also smaller now? I do know it’s all you can eat but the chicken katsu is now paper thin and mainly bread.our glasses and table were greasy as well sooo that speaks to the cleanliness. For the price, just go to a legitimate sushi place. this place is way overpriced.Parking: plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: lots of kids in the place.Wheelchair accessibility: large walk ways.
