Had the Texas brisket. It was good but a bit too greasy in my opinion chips were good and potato salad was ok. Service was great all servers were very attentive and attractive which is a good idea at a sports bar/restaurant Jackson was very friendly.

I came here two separate times. First time I got steak and eggs-which are just ok. Steak kinda chewy. Second time around got the phily cheesesteak and that was pretty dry. The service was ok, the two times I had two different older ladies. They seemed nice but a little odd as well. There’s also a 3% service charge, which I always hate. I think two times was enough for me.

Here, you'll find a friendly/welcoming atmosphere. An inviting and engaging staff who wants nothing more than to accommodate your inquisitions and make sure your time there is as pleasant as possible.
Top notch service all around, and I highly recommend you give this place a chance, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Margarita pizza or a garden salad. And I cannot spend 16 dollars on a garden salad when I can go buy 4 bags at grocery store for that.

Called and spoke to Jess the manager about catering my event for 50 people. She could not answer questions on portion sizes and price per pound. Said she would ask the kitchen manager and call back -which took over 3 days . I called to follow up and she was rude on the phone. Said the restaurant does not do to go, catering food. Sad because their food is good.

The food is always great. The service is generally great. We went for music on Saturday evening and I think the duo was on break more than they were playing. Not really a negative toward LOBG, but didn’t make us think highly of the music.

My complaint this time around was getting our bill. It took forever. We had boxes. Food boxed up. Still had to ask for the bill as the server ran by the table. I read a service fee applies for credit cards so planned to pay with cash. I was not asked about payment. I was not told about the fee. The bill came and the fee was already on there. Annoying because I was not asked. Annoying because had I not known/paid attention, I would have been tipping on a fee that shouldn’t have applied to begin with. I don’t tip on sales tax or delivery fees. I’m not tipping on a general business cost that is now voluntary and that I’d planned to avoid.

Due to the poor service at the end of the experience, we didn’t feel like waiting around to have the fee removed to save $3. So I put my cash away and paid with a card.

Poor communication ruins all relationships. Best way to solve this one? Build your merchant fees into your pricing. I’m sure you do the majority of sales onto cards anyway.

Frustrating end to an otherwise great experience.

Inside was very loud. I had the brisket sauce was spicy. The menu from google didn’t say anything about a sauce. The new menu did, the website doesn’t say anything about a sauce. So very confusing. Really? Your menu has it on your website? Might want to look again….

Wings were good besides my wings that had full feathers on still and was not a nice feeling to eat LOL , but had someone pick up food for me and my food was ready and packaged but they had them wait 10-15 mins so they could seat everyone else even though I had paid and my food was sitting right there.
