Gave me a plain cheeseburger when I didn’t order one that excluded anything, they took my order but couldn’t find it when I got to the window so they said they’d give it to me on the house and wasted my time by not giving me my order the first time I went around the drive threw. They ignored me while I was at the checkout as 2 other cars took their orders at the other checkout. Waste of time.

Worst McDonalds location to go to. The staff were very slow getting my food order completed and delivered to me, along with also forgetting both my beverage and fries that I ordered for my meal. Had to go up to the counter with receipt in hand to prove they had forgotten those items and had to wait even longer for my food. On top of that, the staff were very rude and unpleasant, treating it as if me getting food here and coming up to the counter over their mistakes being made for my order was a huge inconvenience to them.
I will also point out that the response from management over my poor experience here was discouraging too. As the response came off as stuffy and disregarding over my terrible experience with them.
I will be going to any other McDonald's in the area besides this one. The slow times they take for getting food out to customers along with how unprofessional their employees are isn't worth coming here for.

We dined in with our toddler, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Our table was dirty when we arrived, so we ended up wiping it down ourselves. In the restroom, one of the two stalls was out of toilet paper.
Our food was mixed—the fries were fresh, but the crispy chicken was soggy. Our son’s kids’ meal was also missing the milk. I know toy exchanges are up to staff discretion, but it was surprising that they couldn’t swap it since he already had the same one at home.
Overall, this visit fell short of expectations, and I would not recommend this location.

Pulled up to the drive thru for breakfast. Was talked to and asked for my code, then the guy switched to the other lane left me there sitting while more people came through the line. After I backed up and switched lanes I tried telling him the intercom was broken or something, he then got a attitude with me. Refused to acknowledge the fact he ignored me and tried to say it was because he had customers and I had to hurry up and order.

I get that I was ordering very close to closing time and the staff is ready to be done, fair, but me also being in industry the product still needs to be up to par and my order was not at all, fries were meh at best and my fish sandwich was meh at best, quite disappointing to say the least 😢

They locked the lobby doors at least 15 minutes before closing time. I was unable to place an order due to this, and ended up going elsewhere. The employees were rude and refused to help.
The worst McDonald’s in Eagan and possibly the worst McDonald’s in the state of Minnesota. I ordered a simple Oreo McFlurry at 9:10 PM. When I got to my house four minutes away, I opened my McFlurry and all they had in. It was ice cream and the Oreos crushed on top it was not even mixed up. I also had to ask for napkins. The guy through the drive-through was friendly. As of today, I will no longer give my service to this McDonald’s. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another one or Culver’s because they have better service.

Overall my experience was good and the food was tasty. I just suggested to one of the supervisors that the girl on the drive-thru speaker needed to be friendlier and have a more upbeat voice. Not only was she hard to understand because she mumbled but, she sounded like she really didn't want to be there. Quite frankly, I was wondering if she still had a pulse! I think a little coaching was in order.
