This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went there just to pick up a McChicken, but I ended up waiting for 10 minutes while the staff stood around talking. When I waved to remind them I was still waiting, they completely ignored me.

Yes girl, yes! The woman who was working the drive thru this morning is AMAZING! She had amazing energy and was so kind! She even complimented me on my eyes. She deserves a raise! She made my day!

Literally DO NOT waste your time coming to this location. Constantly getting orders wrong any time of day. Terrible customer service and slow. Just went for breakfast they asked what we got three times and still got my order wrong. Complete idiots. Went in the drive thru one time, got no answer. Another lady pulls up to the other open drive thru, she gets an answer immediately. Yeah this location sucks and needs to be torn down.

Ordered an oatmeal through the drive-thru. Pulled away and noticed they forgot the apples raisins and a spoon. Had to park and go in to ask for those items. They ended up remaking the oatmeal for me, not sure why they felt like they needed to remake it. Unfortunately for them they made it with way too much water the second time. So I had to go back in to the store a second time to have them remake it a third time. Unbelievable for a $4 oatmeal.

Believe the reviews. The drive thru people were loud and rude! They spoke to everyone (myself and other customers I overheard) like we were on the streets. Druggies or no? They were yelling at each other and arguing. Couldn’t keep up with the orders and the lined moved extremely slow. Your afternoon crew needs to be replaced and fast!

The service was good, but the food was so old. Like OLD crunchy dry nasty old. The fries definitely were sitting for at least 30 minutes, the nuggets even longer for sure. After 7 minutes they’re supposed to toss the fries, and these were like 5 times that ?

That place was packed. I believe you should take care of the people who walk in to eat. Instead they took care of drive thru first while we all waited inside. Meanwhile they never called out orders and placed them on the counter. We all came in and got a number. Since your busey you might show concern for you guests before the food gets cold. Just saying I
