Very concerning. I have a food allergy and asked if the mc crispy with the spicy sauce was ok for me to have. The manager refused to answer saying it was against the rules to disclose any information on a product and I had to look it up on the website. How does that make any sense? So just don't go if you have any concern for food allergies?

Was at this location on 2/19/25 during lunch time (12:30 pm) my food was cold. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Every other McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life will give you a hot, little bit greasy, Quarter Pounder with cheese so freshly melted it will burn you if you’re not careful…. This was not the case. The bun was cold, toppings? Cold. Burger Patty? Cold. The cheese wasn’t even remotely warm from the patty. It was a very sad and depressing experience during what should have been one of the busiest times of the day for them…
If you still find yourself going there… maybe try a fish sandwich since those are usually made to order. Otherwise try one of the other Eagan locations.

Used to spend my lunch here a few times per week. Now that they took away the drink fountain, I go to the mcds up the road on 62. Do yourself a favor and go there too. Stood around for 5-10 minutes mid meal to get a refill. Just awful. Got my drink back with the outside covered in sugary coke and a new straw. WTH. How hard is it to fill a glass with pop? It looks like they may have rolled staff too. No one but the manager looks familiar. Well back to work with sticky hands.

Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, waited around 10 minutes with zero response. Nobody behind me and I am the only one in the drive through. Figured I just wasn't going to get served nor was I sure on the reason why. Then when I start to drive off and exiting the drive-thru I noticed there is an employee at the window the entire time, who did not look pre occupied at all. Horrible customer service. Hire better people???

This is one of the worst locations on the accuracy of their food and they always constantly miss or short use something. I go to many different McDonald’s locations in this one has to be the worst of them all. they seem they can’t get it right or accurate. Stay away!!! They didn’t even make it right
