Very bad I had stayed at the days inn down the road and I went to this McDonald’s and they didn’t make it plain like i asked and when I went back to get it remade they made it plain but it was just a normal burger it wasn’t the burger I had bought and it was no other cars so they couldn’t have had a rush or anything

Update: February 28, 2026; I am updating my rating to 5 stars this McDonald's has improved a lot over the years. The new menu items are hit or miss, but are good for the most part.

This location is the only one of two close to my new home in Eagan Minnesota. In Denver Colorado where I used to live had 3 locations within a 5 mile radius. This store is modern and staff is friendly, but some visits I had some orders that were messed up. But overall a okay store.

They charge extra for drinks on the $5 meal deal. A LOT EXTRA! No other McDonald's in the area charges for drinks.

Good luck finding any good service on a busy day. Made a mobile order, they received it, but never made it. Had to call corporate to get a refund, and didn't get my food. My severely autistic son who eats very limited food was really hungry and very devastated that they made absolutely no attempts to solve the situation. This is an absolute garbage organization who literally do not care or understand special needs children, and if you have a special needs child, this particular establishment is something you need to avoid.

Today, I visited McDonald’s and placed a simple order consisting of two Kids Meals: one with a cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece chicken nugget. When I received my order, several items were missing.

I contacted the restaurant by phone to report the issue. While I was explaining the missing items, they hung up on me . I called back, and they hung up on me again . This felt very unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to resolve an order issue.

Because I was unable to get assistance over the phone, I returned to the restaurant. I asked who had answered the phone and why the calls were disconnected. The manager dilma I spoke with did not directly address my concern, laughed and speaking her native language to her peers and laughing they did not take the issue seriously. She also provided a different name than her actual one, which another manager later clarified was inaccurate.

Thankfully, another manager—who was not in uniform at the time—stepped in and helped resolve the situation professionally. However, Dilma’s behavior was inappropriate, and she went as far as threatening to call the police even though I remained calm and was only requesting that my order be corrected.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience at this location. I have had multiple issues here in the past, including once receiving a cheeseburger without a meat patty. Due to the repeated problems and lack of professionalism, I believe this location could benefit from improved management and customer service training.

This McDonalds just opened so we thought everything would be spot on. Nope. Big Mac bun over toasted. Enough sauce too choke a horse and cold fries. We were very disappointed. Just another reminder why we stopped eating at McDonalds years ago.
