I used the drive thru and the guy seemed confused. He had additional items on the screen and when I tried to tell him I got no response so I pulled to the window and let the lady there know. Everyone was polite an this lady was smiling and friendly. I pulled to the next window for a short wait received my food and drove the 5 minutes home. And it was not what I ordered. I asked the first guy to add pickles, he put it in as add pickle and cheese only. Huh? Not sure where asking him can you add extra pickle to that consisted of only cheese and pickles on my quarter pounder.

Service is always rushed. Can’t seem to find a worker that isn’t rude. They also can’t get an order right to save their lives and when you bring it back and say that they got your order wrong, they make a big huff about it. and blame the customer.

I went through the drive-thru on 12/28. I thought it was ok, except as I pulled up, I was going to take the outer lane, and the only car ordering (the inner lane) finished up, so I took the inner lane. I waited a moment and when I heard a worker, I started speaking... then I realized the car that came (technically) after me and went to the outer lane was getting their order taken care of, and not me. Otherwise, the speed was average.
I didn't see McRibs on the menu, but they had them. The strawberry & creme pies were displayed next to the speaker, but I was told they don't sell them (maybe I misheard and they were just sold out).
This is the preferred location for my parents as the one, much closer to us in Medota Heights (Dodd Rd) has had terrible enough service for a long enough period of time that they go further to this location.
I haven't had a McRib in several years, although I am a fan. This tasted pretty good but not as good as I remember them being when I was younger.

Fries are mostly cold, burger patties are always half outside the bun, order is rarely correct and service is meh.
This place must be close. On the 12/24/24 l went to buy some food for my family. The order took around 25 minutes to be handIe to me and as always it wasn’t complete. To get one item that they didn’t give me at first it took other 8 minutes. They are messy, rude, and nasty. I could observe they have not gloves while preparing food. They always partially seal the food. I got some Mac-chickens my mother a 87 years old person eat 2 of them. It was the only thing my mother eat that day. At night she was shocking on her on vomit and has a severe diarrhea. It all get worse and worse she was definitely poisoned. She couldn’t stand for the Christmas night, so thank u HDP you messed up our holiday. It was so traumatic for me to see my older mother suffering for the pain on her stomach. I couldn’t move her to ER a soon as l would like because she is just visitor here in USA therefore, she has no insurance and l can’t afford to get a medical bill that l am sure it wouldn’t be less than $5,000. she would spend at least one night at the hospital. I noticed the one of the Mac chicken that l eat was not fully cooked and look and taste weird. I never imagine that all may be damage. My husband and l also got diarrhea but not as worse as my mother. This place needs to get sanctioned because they do not follow the lawful standards to handle the food. Avoid this place as much as you can. I would never go there.

I get it is Christmas Eve but, the lights are on, 20 cars in the drive thru and you announce that you are closed? At 4:45 pm!!! This should never have happened. I've heard these owners are bad but, I didn't think they were this bad. Never again!

Don’t come here at night and ask for fresh fries because they will be very rude to you. The managers at night are just rude. I would go somewhere else if I could.

I’m usually the type to never complain but I ordered a MEAL of chicken nuggets for me and my friend then I ordered fries and a drink for myself and then I get to the window and they only give me 3 things ?? So I asked for my other drink and fries and they got all upset bcuz I asked for my missing stuff and the guy who took my order messed it up but they looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t know how to order? But how you gonna get upset with me when the person who was taking orders messed up?? And then make me pay again for fries that I already ordered and didn’t receive?? Anyways the girl w the heavy blush that looks like one of those Russian stacking dolls do better and learn some customer service skills🙌
