Worst mcdonalds ever, lady had me park and said they would bring me out my food. 1st order she brought me was not mine, 2nd was not mine so by this time I give her my receipt and say this is my order. 5 minutes later she walks out my order without even a apology and I don't check it because she had my receipt and couldn't give me the wrong order 3 times in a row right? Wrong, I get home to find 2 burgers missing. Not sure how this even happens but just brutal.

Horrific service. Was told to pull up to the next window when the next window wasn't even in service. Waited for 10+ minutes and had to ask for help. I have never left a bad review before but I had to make this one.

Went to the drive thru. Gave them my code and paid through the app. I drove up to the first window and the guy just said my name and told me “next window ( so I didn’t get my receipt) ” So I was like ok that was fast.I got my order ( 2 meals with drinks and extra hashbrowns on the side.) I looked in the bag and I was missing all of the hashbrowns (4 total). So I went back to the drive thru and told them I’m missing my hashbrowns. The 2 guys at the window looked at me like I was dumb and said “noooo” so I gave them the same look back and said here’s my receipt (my online receipt on the app since they didn’t give me a paper copy). They told me no receipt no do. So I had to show them my order and explain to them. They just looked at me like I was DUMB and then said “next window.”They had me sitting there for 10 mins and still no one came so I just left. No wonder they only have 3 stars. Should be less in my opinion. No one understood me. Literally ?. and I was a regular here.

The employees at this McDonald’s SUCK! When you pull up to the 1st window they just look at you with a blank stare & hold out their hands for your card, then the people at the 2nd window just hand you the food (which most of the time is wrong) and say literally nothing.

Order at the kiosk for table service, and was not deliver to me, I had to get it at front counter.No ketchup, no salt and no butter were given to us. They gave me Hot cake syrup, for what? I didn't order pancakes.

No wonder why this McDonald’s only has 3 stars.I rarely leave reviews, especially for negative experiences, but this situation is unacceptable and demands attention. I intend to address this directly with the general manager at the earliest opportunity.Upon placing my order, I specifically requested hot fries due to consistently receiving cold fries in the past. Not only was one fry missing from my order, but the single fry I did receive was barely filled and also cold. When I raised this issue and asked for the missing fry and fresh fries, I was met with confusion and inconvenience.After being directed to the third window, I was handed a bag with only one fry despite ordering two. When I politely pointed out the error, I was met with dismissiveness and had to circle back to the first window. Before I circled back to the first window, nobody even came to me and told me anything. I was waiting 5 minutes!! I also had cars in front of me before reaching the first window so I had to wait longer. The employee at the first window, a middle-aged bigger Mexican woman, insisted that I should have checked my receipt and that I would need to pay for the missing items separately. She also mentioned that I would need to circle around and nobody even told me to do that when I was waiting at the third window, let alone should I have to circle back or pay for the one fry as they didn’t put in the system when I did order it. This process of waiting ( 20 minutes total in the drive thru ) and paying for their mistake left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Not to mention the middle aged Mexican woman gave me attitude.Upon arriving home, I discovered ketchup on the cheeseburgers despite explicitly stating my ALLERGY to it. This oversight could have had severe consequences like DEATH as I am extremely allergic to ketchup. Additionally, ingredients were missing from my grandmother's sandwich and my son's order was also incomplete. This is not the first time at this location I have been given allergens despite cautioning against it, and this negligence will have repercussions.I am determined to address these issues with the general manager as this level of service and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. Again, not to mention the disrespect and inconvenience than making me pay for their mistake.DO BETTER !!

Stood inside the restaurant for about 25 minutes and watched 10 people walk by and stare at me while I waited to order food so ridiculous I have somewhere to be I don’t have time to sit here and get looks from everybody in the kitchen I ended up just leaving. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s.
