It took 23 minutes for five cars to get through drive thru then had to wait for four minutes for four cheese burgers there's no dining in no one inside service no stars and didn't even say sorry for the wait this was Eagan.

Food was fine (burger warm, not hot) but leaving a 1-star review because I asked for a BBQ sauce at the window and the employee told me it would be 50 cents.I told him I've never paid for BBQ sauce and always asked at the window but he said if you asked for it at the drive-thru where you order, he could have given it to me for free? That comment alone made me want to write this review and not frequent this establishment.

I often stop at this McDonald’s after work since it’s one of the only places that’s open at that time and I’m never disappointed. They have never messed up my order in the many times I’ve gone, the food is always hot and has better taste compared to other locations. The wait times can be long but that’s because they can be short staffed- but they always make the quality of the food a priority. Keep up the good work!

Quality has dropped dramatically, especially late at night. It's not uncommon to show up 90 minutes before close with the building open to find the staff ignoring everyone and refusing to do service. Is it a management problem or an employee problem?

this restaurant was utterly disgusting and terrible. if i could give this mcdonald's zero stars I WOULD ANY DAY. my gracious friend made the humble decision to purchase us all vanilla ice cream cones. FIRST OF ALL the price of a single vanilla cone as SKYROCKETED. they are stealing our money and ripping us off. We decided to not say anything and just appreciate the fact that we have money for food. the lady gave us our cones and they looked like my 4 year old cousin made them. i have never seen such a sore sight. These cones were a disgrace and they didn't even taste as good as they usually do. I would never wish this terrible tragedy onto anyone...even my worst enemy. This horrendous experience has made me HATE mcdonald's and i will never purchase ice cream from here ever again, and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. let's go on strike and protest against SUCKY ICE CREAM MAKING WORKERS. meet outside of mcdonald's on the evening of december 24th and sing christmas caroles as loud as you can. this will then force all of the mcdonald's workers outside because they are so annoyed and we will then throw their terrible ice cream on them. THEY WILL GET A TASTE OF THEIR MEDICINE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! #antimcdonaldsicecreamworkersUNITE

I come here a decent amount. Usually the service is great. Fast and all. But when I pay for two full sandwiches why should both of them only have half a bun. ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE SANDWICH HAS A BUN. Now I ask again. Why should I pay for a FULL sandwich when I get Half a sandwich????
