This is my second time missing food items I guess I’m not going back!!
today I spent $40 something dollars I ask the team member is everything in the bag and he said yes but when I got home I was missing 20 peace nuggets my kid was crying 😢 because he’s nuggets was missing this is so upsetting seeing my son cry I didn’t have the time to go back to make my son happy because I have to go to work 🥲

The workers here were friendly and attentive, teenage guests in the lobby were out of control. The food here was good. But no self serve sode machine here takes it off my list of places to visit.

Worst customer service ever. Dine in but workers bagged food for urber pickup. Wanted for good for 30 minutes. Food was cold! Just awful service. Not going back there!

I visited this McDonald’s around 7:50 AM after placing and paying for my mobile drive-thru order. When I arrived and gave my name, the employee rudely told me to “come inside.” I explained that I had already paid through the app and selected drive-thru pickup, but he still refused to hand me my order.
When I drove to the pickup window, the woman there didn’t seem to understand English and called another coworker over. In the middle of our conversation, they began speaking in their own language right in front of me instead of helping. I believe one of them might have been a supervisor.
This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m a paying customer who followed the process correctly I should not be met with rudeness or confusion. Management seriously needs to retrain this team on communication, professionalism, and customer service.

never thought I’d rate a fast-food restaurant bc their food comes from the same factory, and I don’t eat FF very often.
For the first time in my middle-aged lifeMcDs made a mistake! Someone added bacon to my burger! LOL! I can no longer justify eating at McDs by saying “you always know what you’re going to get.”
