This location is my go to restaurant the staff are great!! Yesterday I went to grab our favorite spaghetti Meatballs I always ask for extra or enough souse because my kids like it that way.i was on the phone with Javier Maltes he couldn't understand what I was asking I rept my self several time which he didn't get then he hung up on me. By then I was by the drive way could see him walking away . Once I'm inside I said " you just hung up on me" which replied I don't even know know him .then I said to the other employee and he confirmed it was Javier. The I talk with the Manger Andrea by the way is very awesome when ever I am there .Javier made a comment " What do you want a cookie " I ask him to repeat what he said my point is I come to this place because of the customer service besides the food but not the one I get Yesterday 5/29/24 around 8:00pm .

A nice clean reliable experience!My noodles were slightly under done which is the only reason for the 4 stars.The service was absolutely fantastic! A nice friendly greeting and assistance with finding a lid to take our left overs!

They had a very busy rush and we're about to close down, but opened the door so we could order and get carry-out.

I was helped tonight by a super sweet employee named Asher. I casually mentioned having an issue with the app and not only did he fix it, but his service was excellent. You could tell he was genuinely happy to be there which is refreshing to see! Will be back soon :)
