Oryza is one of the best places to eat in Eagan. I always do a build my own bowl with the house poke sauce and it's nothing short of amazing! I don't live close anymore, but anytime I am in Eagan I get a bowl. Definitely a must try!

Service was wonderful and the food was amazing. We started with Bao buns and crab Rangoon which arrived quickly at the table and tasted great. Then I indulged in the Tonkotsu ramen with Chashu which was absolutely delicious and very filling. My daughter had the dynamite poke bowl which was flavorful and refreshing.

Super cute place! I ordered the miso ramen as well as the bao bun. Both arrived very quickly and was super delicious ! I also ordered a side of the chili sauce which paired amazing with the miso ramen. I ordered chicken for the bun as well as the miso ramen. I would definitely recommend. The quality was good and the pricing was very budget friendly!
