They got my order wrong. Instead of pineapple they did pepperoni. So I called them to see if I could get the right pizza order done. I was on the line for 10 mins. I gave up after they didn’t answer my call the second time. Please do better

I've always had an A+ experience ordering from this Papa John's location--actually, I've found it to be better than most local or regionally owned pizza shops. I usually get my order delivered and the pizza is piping hot, always tastes amazing and the driver is always fast & courteous. I'll be back in the future for more:-)

My wife and I order from Papa a lot. Be mindful when just clicking the tip percentages. Their 20% tip is actually just over 22%. I will always tip my drivers well. At least 20%. Just find it weird that the automated amounts are higher than listed.

I would love to give this a 5 star because the quality of the food here is always great, but the skimping out of the toppings is a bit ridiculous. I always generally tip a minimum of $10, and when i ask for extra pepperoni or something, i will pay the price…i want that pizza covered being the prices are already jacked, and i do my part as a loyal customer. Extra means extra. Show me a difference and I’ll come back with a re-rate for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. No complaints otherwise, great place for quality pizza. Just get that quantity right!!
These guys need a better rep, the driver that brought my food by the name of Roger was trying to get ahold of me but I had an old phone number in the system so he couldn’t reach me. He had every right to be upset, but instead remained cool calm and collected just letting me know to update my number which I did…and gave me freshly made awesome food from this location. I’m grateful for all the in store workers for making such good food, and for the care and concern of their drivers! Thank you all guys. Shout out to management! Much love. ???

Being gluten intolerant isn't fun. Especially when it comes to pizza! This gluten free crust is phenomenal! For my first Papa John's experience, I would say 9/10, only because we went to the wrong Eagan location first to pickup. :)
