5 star food - Always tastes good and I can cook it the way that I want it. I have ordered from this location a lot. Good quality
5 star service - Every time I've ordered it has been online, and when I get there to pick it up, the pizza is waiting for me in the rack by the door
5 star atmosphere - I've probably been here 40 times and have literally never spoken to anyone inside the store. I walk in, find my pizza and walk back out. They are always busy and my pizza is always ready so there hasn't been a need. They look like great people though, so 5 stars for atmosphere too

Parking: This is located in a strip mall with several other stores including a Cub Foods. They all share a huge parking lot. I have never had trouble parking here and they always seems to be busy when I am there.

Don't ever ask them transfer your pizza to another store are closer to.
Place is so dirty inside. It's my fault but I thought it would be easy to switch to that store. Thanks for calln and maken it right.

My only negative comment is more of a corporate issue I believe… it would be nice if they played music or just had some type of background noise in all their locations. Any location I’ve been to is an awkward silence and off putting.

Can’t use coupons on a Tuesday ??

I walked in to this Papa Murphy”s on Saturday night at 6:45pm and tried to order a stuffed crust pizza. The girl taking orders told me she could not make me a stuffed crust pizza because it was too close to closing. They close at 8pm… and frankly what difference does it make what time of day it is. It’s not like they bake a pizza for you. All raw ingredients. She then told me this was the same at all the Papa Murphys in the area. I called the other Eagan Papa Murphys and ordered a stuffed crust and guess what. They made it for me without a problem. The staff here are the worst and they don’t want to make you a pizza. I recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself the extra trip.
