I’ve had a couple of good servers but lately I’ve been getting pretty bad, they get very mad if you get there an hour before closing and served us uncooked patties just to get us out quicker…

Food is fair, not super flavorful but fine. I was there for breakfast. Atmosphere and service were fine

I called the store after I did an online order, I received pork when i specifically subbed for turkey option instead as it goes against my religion. I did not ask for a refund as I didn’t need one and mistakes happen. I just wanted to bring it to their attention incase they fine across someone not as hide. The manager CHRIS was so unbelievably rude, told me to call back because it’s not an emergency. I kindly just wanted him to be aware of the issue. Safe to say he clearly does not care about the people that spend their money here. Do better and maybe get a different manager who’s not an ahole !

Good food but I didn't like the green beans w/bacon. They kindly replaced with another side dish for me. Excellent service!

I LOVE Perkins. I would not have a BAD thing to say. Maybe the negs are having a bad day. Cheer up., It's not the end of the world, yet.

Terrible, when we arrived and sat at the table, they offered us coffee, the coffee had no flavor, almost like water, I asked if they could change it.
The waitress answered us very seriously why? It doesn't taste like what? (Obviously like coffee) And she answered us louder, that it's the same coffee from all of them and they come from the same place, if I change it it will have the same flavor.Raising her voice at us, she looked upset (I clarify that we always go quietly, we only arrived for breakfast, we left because that unnecessary attitude made me too angry)
First and last time we set foot in that place :(

Not up to the expectations. Cutlery was not clean. Mashed potato was bland and the cream was not good eventhough it had extra charges. Steak and pepper was good but very few pieces of beef for that price. It was mostly potato and mushrooms.
