Perkins American Food Co.

This place was once great. I used to come here all the time. But it has the scene of death on it now. It's always understaffed and mostly empty of customers. The service is not nearly as friendly as in the past. The menu is really basic. There's just not much reason to come here anymore.

Seems I am always seated next a cold window or a booth full loud children or people screaming because their hearing aides are discharged now food prices are up there and seniors can no longer eat more than once a month.

Terrible service! Waited an hour for our food and was given no update.Waitress did not care about our table and walked by 10 times without checking on us. She should go apply at McDonalds after they fire her. Will not come back.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order in the middle of the day on Saturday with place being maybe 33% full. Decided to leave and they were acting like it’s my fault

There was 2 different kinds of music playing at the same time, classical and Mariah Carey. Other than that food was great,service was top notch, and it's always clean. The food was amazing amazing

Breakfast is pretty excellent… You cannot go wrong with an omelette, pancakes, hashbrowns and toast with butter. But $45 for two people to have breakfast with water is pretty ridiculous. Additionally, this particular Perkins is very rundown. It needs a serious makeover. Service was OK, but all The staff was was very overworked, that was very clear. ..always a line at the front toa get seated and a long line to pay your bill, which is ridiculous.
PS, wash the fingerprints off the front entrance doors. Your doors were just completely full of fingerprints..

Great place to eat in comfort with fruends or family. Had the cheeseburger special, delish. Just as good, if not better than any pub burger.
