You need to fire this girl immediately. Her attitude is completely unacceptable, and she is driving customers away. Keeping her will cost you a lot of business and a lot of money. She is extremely disrespectful!

Terrible customer service experience. Ordered two large pizza and a 2 litter Pepsi by mistake meant for root beer) when I tried to swap the the bottle drink for what I actually wanted to order which is root beer the clerk said absolutely no! It is the same price and the same size soda..I couldn’t understand her reasoning so I said let’s talk to your manager maybe they will be able to swap my purchase for me and to make the situation worse she was the store manager, so I asked can you do a return and I will rebuy the root beer and her response was No, that’s just too much work. I was out of words and in disbelief how much she didn’t just want to help and how poor of customer service they have. I said ok let’s return the soda and I will go to another store to buy it. “You know what just take it” was her final response with at most disrespectful attitude! Will never step a foot in that direction again.

They had issues with my order. I ordered online and my payment went through. Then when I came in they tried to make me pay for items I already paid for through the app with a promo code that was accepted in the app. I even showed them the receipt and the promo code, and they still tried to make me pay more for my pizza. I eventually left without my food. Staff was not friendly.
I had a good experience at this Pizza Hut. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the team worked really well together. I noticed one of the the managers Apo, was active on the floor and making sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she cares about the customers and her staff. It’s nice to see that kind of leadership in a fast-food setting it really makes a difference in the experience.

Orders are often incorrect (through the app or website) and the staff could not care less. They do not offer any assistance, just blames other people or parts of the company. Also anytime they have doordash work with them, delivery is almost guaranteed to go wrong. I don’t know if any other pizza huts are better but at this point just get Davannis.
