I will never go back anymore at Pizza Hut in Cliff Road. I ordered over the phone a large cheese pizza with extra cheese in the crust and other thing like wings and mini cinnamon bun.As I know they always didn't put cheese in the crust I checked for the first time and I noticed they didn't so I said to the lady in the front with the cat eye that I ordered cheese in the crust and she said no that what u ordered and then she checked my order and noticed I am right. Then she said we make u another one with rudeness. Then, after 2 min, I noticed that my whole order was wrong, and I said hey "that is not what I ordered." After she started to be mad and talked to me a way i didn't appreciate . She was nice and treated other people with kindness and respect, but with me, she was totally different and rude. She was so racist with me, I do not know, maybe she didn't like it my hijab because I did nothing wrong with her. It is their mistake if they gave me the wrong order. I ordered and paid, but in return, I received the wrong order with disrespectful and rudeness manners. Thank you for your kindness, Pizza Hut. It was the worst service i had never met.

If they don't want to work they should close the store. I don't even know why they ask for my information if they never contacted me. Total fraud.

went in on a friday night at 11pm and A big girl with short black hair and crooked eyeliner helped us, we were really hungry and just needed a second to figure out what we wanted, as soon as she walked up to the register the customer service flew right out the window. âwhat do you guys wantâ while she rolled her eyes annoyed that she had to do her job? we told her we needed a second to figure out she then rolled her eyes again and sighed. Will never come here again, shouldâve checked reviews cause apparently this isnât the first time their workers are not professional. There was literally someone vaping in the kitchen. do better.
