This was a game changer for us! The meals were perfect, hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned. The portions were surprisingly generous. The service was exceptional and professional and the store was super clean and welcoming. I used to be a diehard KFC loyalist, but no longer, Popeyes will now be our go-to for a quick chicken fix.

First time eating at Popeyes. Ordered the shrimp basket with macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. Can't wait to have it again. I gave the service 5 stars because it was fairly fast, however, there was so much staff behind the counter it was chaos. They have no flow.

Horrible service. Firstly i go on the app because i want to be in and out i dont like waiting for food. So i go to place a a order online. Why was this restaurant closed at 8:40 and they really close at 11pm (its a friday) So i couldn't get anything on the app, couldnt use my points nothing. Then i go to order 2 boxes i got the first one no troubles. I go to do the second one and he says they dont do that there im like do what? Hes like oh i cant do separate orders that i have to go back in line and order.. dumbest sh*t in the world
The reason I am giving a 1 star for service is I specifically drove to this location for fresh food for my family. I ordered my food they repeated the order back but, I didn't check my order until I made it home to feed my kids. I noticed they didn't give me my side order with family meal. I called and explained that I didn't get my side item. They told me come back and bring receipt which I did. They told me wait additional 10 minutes when I got there. They offered no apology and gave me the smallest side item as possible in a little box. I had to drive all the way back to Eagan and it would have been common courtesy for them to fix their mistake they could have offered me something for my inconvenience but, nothing not even a drink. This is the very reason I stopped eating at Popeyes the customer service.I will not be returning.

Hands down the best mashed and cajun gravy, and I can't bypass the red beans and rice either, so good.The fried chicken is great, and I just recently tried their mac n cheese which was really good in fact. Reminds me of Wawa mac n cheese.

Please do not buy food at this location. The food is very bad tasting.Yesterday I called the manager to stop selling or change the cole salad and her response was very bad and the justification was that the taste of the cole salad was like that.The salad was smelly and slimy. The quality of food is terrible.
