I wish this review was about donuts, but today i was not granted the opportunity to review any food. I placed an online order 2/14/2025 via google which uses DoorDash. I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and an apple fritter. They confirmed my order, and i received a text saying my order was ready for pickup- which i proceeded to drive 30 minutes on my limited work lunch to the store only to find a locked door and a sign on the door stating “sorry we are sold out” Why confirm the order and proceed to say it’s ready for pickup? The credit card charge went thru as well. A refund is necessary. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM PUFFY CREAM DONUTS AS YOU RISK WASTING YOUR TIME TO FIND A CLOSED SHOP DURING “BUSINESS HOURS”

My February 6, 2025 around 11.50 am visit was horrible.. it’s generally so nice and excited to get some yummy donuts from nice staff! But today it made me really think if I should go back there for shop or not. The lady who wears blue contact lens- I am giving details because she should know herself- she was the only one at the store as a stuff was so rude whole time! She answered all questions very aggressively. It was definitely the day she does not want to work. Well , lady if you don’t have a mood don’t go work because we are really coming to get some sweet to make our day nice, not the get your attitude!

One of my favorite donut shops and very nostalgic for me.
When I was a kid 20 something years ago, we used to live in the apartments next door and I would come over here with my change to buy donuts.
Coming back to Eagan, it was heartwarming to still see the donut shop running. I had to get my favorites. An old fashioned and a few other donuts for my fiance and I. Still as tasty as I remember as a kid! They also still give donut holes with your box of donuts for free too!
