The ribs fell off the bone. My pulled pork was okay but I would just order ribs from now on. The onion rings were okay.

Food was good! But our first experience there will be our last. We told young fellow at the counter it was our first time there and had many questions. He was not very helpful. The website menu said samie's came with 1 side and pickles. I was charged for my one side and got no pickles. My husband asked for a platter type meal, which I saw on the website with 3 meats and 2 sides. Fellow said only platters were for 3 to 5 people. Said only option was ordering each item separately. One meat and 3 sides came to $26 which seems too high for amount of food that he got. We were eating in house but our food came in a to-go bag. Same young fellow delivered it, made no offer to bring us a plate and real silverware. I am guessing I was probably charged for the tiny little container of sauce too. Sorry but experience outweighed the food. We will not go back.

Rack Shack is definitely some of the best Barbecue in all of Minnesota. I stopped in recently and had the brisket, rib tips, and coleslaw. The brisket was nice and moist with a nice bark of smoke flavor on it. They ask if you want a fatty or non fatty piece. The rib tips also had a great smoking flavor and were smoked to perfection. I'm pretty picky on my slaw, and they definitely know how to do slaw here. Good balance of creamy, crunchy, and acidic. Not too sweet. Their selection of house sauces offer a wide range and are delicious.
This is 5 stars all day long. Possibly best brisket I’ve had in MN. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service was really good and personable. It’s not often I take time to leave a review but they absolutely deserve it.

Great tasting food and excellent service. Our gathering had ribs, pulled pork, chopped brisket, Mac & cheese, BBQ beans and Cole slaw. 200+ people and NO complaints. 100% recommended Food was delivered 50 miles and was hot and on time.
Had a bogo on a Sammie. Ordered takeout for a 6:04 pickup time. When I got there at 6:25, had to wait another 10 mins. Service was poor. Didn't know they changed the menu to ala carte. So ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken Sammie (pork portion was just ok vs. the portion on the chicken Sammie was far more bigger, but dried out) and mac n cheese for one sandwich and bbq chips for the other. The side portion sizes and cost is a joke, seriously $4.99 for a side?.

I have ordered from here many times over the years but never in person. I think this is the worst order ever. They were very slow taking orders. Waited at the register over 6 minutes before someone came. Ordered 1/2 a pound of brisket and rib tips. First time having the brisket. A bit bland and on the dry side. Rib tips were random pieces of dried bbq. I wouldn’t even call them rib tips. And that’s what I usually order. I think the guy cuting the bbq just didn’t like me because I gave him the side eye for waiting so long.
This is some of the best bbq around! I love the new macaroni bowls. I just wish they were open later so I could visit after my work shift.

We Ordered Online Pickup and had a Great Experience! Was our first time ordering from Rack Shack tonight, and having lived 6 yrs in Mississippi, 2 Yrs in New Orleans and 4 Years in St. Louis before moving to MN, I didn't think I'd find BBQ this good! The smoke flavor & tenderness in the meat here is to-die for! All the sides like the onion rings and fries are super hot and crispy but the meat here is ON-POINT!
