I used to go to a Rita’s when I was a kid and I love it just as much now. I was created by Morgan right when I got in the store and the service I received was the best. I am so excited to come back for new flavors.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly! She said that the custard is made fresh every night.

After a couple samples, I ended up getting the cotton candy ice topped with cotton candy custard, after I was told that was how most people had it. It was so good!

Rita's In Eagan is a favorite destination for us!! The costumer service is outstanding. They are super accommodating and are always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we get what we need. If you are looking for delicious ices and a friendly environment, this is the place to go!

Very friendly. Fantastic flavored ice. The Swedish Fish ice with vanilla custard is delicious and refreshing. Husband loves the Green Apple ice mixed with Lemon Ice.

stopped into ritas with my girlfriend yesterday for a treat and the woman zady was so nice and helpful! she reccomended us flavors and let us know her husband hand mixes some if the custard flavors! made the experience way better! thanks again zady

Went with a friend over the weekend. The lady working there was not friendly and snapped when you asked questions. No sugar free ice and the custard had a tacky texture from when you leave it out too long and then freeze without an air tight top. Also no ac in the store; it was warm and humid. Do not recommend this location.

My family and I love Rita's Italian Ice and try to visit their stores on every trip we go on. We have been to Rita's locations in more than 8 states, and we drive out of our way to get Rita's on our road trips; however we were severly disapppinted at this store. The inside of the store was hot. My family got gelati's and the italian ice was melting because the freezer appeared to not be working. Also, we had to wait because the custard machine did not work properly. The store had very few selections for italian ice, so if you have favorite flavors, you should call and check before you drive to this location. In addition to the problems with the freezer's, the worker serving the ice was very rude and hateful.
