I ordered 2 #5 "the rusty taco." I waited 15 min for my food, and as I was waiting, many customers came to the counter stating they either hadn't received the order or things were missing. I watched the girl on the grill trying to keep up with a ticket system which was clearly overwhelming her and then when I asked the check out guy about my order she mean mugged me and showed me a long string of tickets she had. Nonetheless, I got my food drove to the DSW parking lot, which is less than 1 minute away opened my tinfoil and found nothing but dry and cold pulled pork and translucent onions wrapped in a dry tortilla. I should have listened to the reviews and gone somewhere else. With so many other restaurants around there had to be something better. SI'm sorry I went there... waist of money... edited to add ...I got terrible food poisoning and had to miss a day of work... don't go here!!!!!!!

Stopped by for some tacos to go. Ordered 10, a couple with no cheese and corn tortilla instead of flour. Waited about 15 mins for them, only one small order ahead of us. Got home to the surprise that while the ticket stabled to the bag was correct, we only got 8 out of the 10 tacos, the ones with no cheese came with cheese and the ones with corn tortilla instead of flour came in a flour tortilla…. Pretty bad but not the worst… Call the store for them to refund the two missing tacos, person on the phone says that they’ll need their manager and that they will get back to us in 15 mins. 30 mins later no call back. Call them back to hear that the store is slammed and there is only the person that answered working and they would get back to us, there were 3 when we were there 20 mins early… call them back an hour later, no manager… call back 30 mins before they close no answer…Needless to say, they have lost us as customers… waiting for the charge to post to take the charge with the credit card company…

The workers were incredibly pleasant and the food is amazing. The best street tacos on the planet and the chips and queso are top notch. I will definitely be getting food from here again.

Stopped in for lunch the food was horrible, the tater tots tasted like old grease when asked for ketchup the counter help said What? Obviously need better help the time to get waited on was terrible too!The bathroom had no toilet paper had to used a paper towel. This place had gone down hill. Will not eat here again. Don't feel it's safe to eat here anymore. How are you all in business? Disgusting way to treat customers!

So I came in to dine after a 12 hour shift, and I was in a pretty crabby mood, but when I got greeted by “Millie “ my day 100% changed. The food was better than any of the last times I’ve been here, the service was fast, fun, and professional. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Great place to get some yummy food. The service was great. I received my order super fast ...like before I could foll my soda which was great.. Since the portions are small it would be nice of there was a combo option but overall a good experience. I will be back!

Anthony served me up a great fried chicken taco and since I had gotten there before the chicken was ready he provided me with complimentary chips and salsa. The tacos are so tasty and it was great customer service. I appreciate Anthony’s unexpected nice gesture on the chips! Check this Eagan, MN restaurant out!
I love Rusty Taco. I was sad to see their St Paul location closed. We had a variety of tacos today. And our favorite has always been the fish taco. However, today, it didn't seem as tasty? Maybe we have given it too high of accolades? The chips were burned? Or the oil they were cooked in needed changing? They were just not good. It won't deter me from coming back However as I am sure it was just an off day.

My wife and I had taco bowls. They were both exceptionally good. Lots of excellent ingredients and the flavor was spot on for what I would expect based on their descriptions on the menu boards. We will stop there again. When we got to the restaurant, there was only one employee in the front. He did a great job, but we had to wait quite a while to even get our order taken amd the was NO ONE else in line. Soon after our order was taken a second employee came in the store and started cooking. We waited less than 10 minutes to get our food after ordering, so that was very good.
Let me start by saying I love Rusty Taco. I helped put the one off of Bass Lake Road on the map. This location needs some love. I entered and stopped to use the restroom. The urinal was out of order, so what, I’m a dude so hit the toilet only to find both towel dispensers were out. With wet hands I walked by dirty floors and empty dirty tables to order. Ordering went great, the employees were awesome. I took my first sip of warm beer while waiting 20+ minutes for my street tacos. The fish taco ruled. The brisket tacos were terrible…meat had that on the heat and dried out all day chewiness. I stopped here because my kid had a game nearby and the Rusty has been a staple for me - so this location was a huge disappointment. Need to get this spot up to your standards guys. Best of luck!
