Mediocre food and slow service. The space is elongated and cold.

Went in there and looked at the menu and ordered one of the items and they said they were out of it. So then I mention another item and they said they were out of it. Turns out they didn't have much but boy the chicken they serve was great. Very simple atmosphere. Sometimes I've visit the restaurant next door and I look in to this place and don't see many customers. I hope they get more customers because they do have good food.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place. Every time I call 15–30 minutes ahead to place my order, I still end up waiting when I arrive. My food is never ready on time.
The customer service is poor — it feels like they only start preparing your order once you show up, even if you called in advance. That defeats the whole point of calling ahead.
Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their process and respect customers’ time.

They gave me terrible service and terrible experience for the second time. They seem to only treat their own people with good service. I do not recommend.

Food: Decent tasting gyro sandwich but the portion was tiny considering how much it cost.
Atmosphere: No complaints here.
Service: Where do I begin... I had to have a fellow customer order for me because of a language barrier, which is no big deal. I requested to have ingredients left off the gyro due to allergies but this request was not fulfilled.
Then they overcharged me because they thought I wanted a meal and not just the sandwich. At this point the customer that helped me order had left and I couldn't communicate this issue or my allergy issue.
I gave up and left, after paying $16 for a gyro that I can't even eat and some fries that clearly came out of the freezer and got microwaved or tossed in the oven.

I came here to pick up something to go, I called before I came to verify the hours, which I was told closing was at 9:00 I arrived at 8:45 and they said they were closed, they also have a sign on the door that says they close at 10:00, completely unprofessional needless to say I won’t be back.

Tried Somaosa Flame Grill for the first time tonight with a takeout order, and it was fantastic! The portions were generous and the food was delicious. You can really taste the love and care in these family recipes.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The food stayed fresh and tasty even after the drive home.
ALSO, TRY their famous beef sambusa – I'm still thinking about how good it was!
I’m definitely coming back. Thanks for a great dinner, Somaosa Flame Grill!
