Please bring the Gyro sandwich back. It was my favorite item on the menu. The pizza and cheese bread are good too but the gyro always did me goods
This place is very expensive and no better than pizza hut for 2 to 3x the price. I wouldn't order from here again.
$30 for a pizza?!? Also, I read these comments from the owner about how they want to keep things sanitary. Yet, when I went in there, the staff is handling RTE(Ready To Eat) food without gloves, no beard nets (which is required by mn) on the staff with facial hair and to be honest, the place just looks gross. Food was very bland and just not worth the price.
Nothing special about the food. Whoever runs their google though needs to wake up. Seems to be more arguing and finger pointing than actually resolving issues.
We ordered through dd and they wouldn't let the driver pick it to because he didn't have a bag... I'd rather have my pizza a few degrees colder than sitting there waiting for the next driver to pick it up.
Outstanding food and service
Overpriced garbage
Ordered a Taco pizza hoping it would be as good as other ones I’ve had, but it was poorly made (at least the one I had). The dough was soggy and the pizza in general was basically a cheese pizza with whatever “taco” seasoning and toppings they used for it even to be called a Taco pizza. Also the Margarita pizza was pretty laughable. The one I had was just an over sauced cheese pizza with tomato slices on it ? overall pretty bad first experience. But who knows, maybe it’ll be better in the future when I order again when I’m on my death bed.

Pros: The pizza is good
Cons: Way too expensive. Also the service is absolutely awful. The dude at the front obviously didn't want to be there and seemed to have an attitude. Think I'll pass on this place in the future.
The best pizza ever I have tasted these is very good with the most reliable time as well they keep open for late night as well

I don't understand why the reviews are not higher. Sarpino's has really good pizza. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program and watch for coupon codes and then you'll find it isn't that expensive. I like the Midnight Express pizza the best and the garlic bread is delicious. Service and delivery has been great and I have had no issues.

One of the few late night options that’s actually decent. My pizza was a little soggy on the bottom once I got it home but it wasn’t anything a couple minutes in the toaster oven couldn’t fix. Great flavor. A little pricy, but absolutely loaded with toppings.
Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian (not vegan) pizzas.

I have been ordering Sarpino's for YEARS! My family loves the cheesey bread and sauces. I ordered online and my daughter picked it up. Dude forgot my $1 each sauces, all 6. I called but no answer. I drived the 5 minutes to the store. Dude was rude but boxed up my sauces. When he handed the box to me he said " Here you go, but I never make mistakes" I said whatever dude and took the box. I never leaves reviews but had to with this. I may not be ordering again and will keep my $200+ that I spend there a year.

This Sarpino's in Eagan has issues with accountability. They can deliver a pizza to the wrong suite, at the wrong time, to the wrong location, ignore all the written instructions and still blame the customer for the misdelivery.
on 6/24 at approx. 1645 I called to "the manager" to explain that my pizza was misdelivered. This person did not offer their name nor a solution, instead immediately begin to blame me for the misdelivery. Once I was tired of being blamed, I offered a refund or the pizza being redelivered as the only reasonable solutions. She said, "Sir, i am going to refund your money" and then hung up in my face. Mind you, The driver ignored the delivery instructions. Delivered 20 minutes early, did not ask to verify the suite and did not ask or verify who ordered the pizza. Sarpino's also has the buildings business listings incorrect. They have the entire building named after a single suite. This was all brought to "the managers" attention before she hung up in my face.
I also have not received a refund for this (2hrs later) as of the time of this review.
These pizzas were for a corporate event I refuse to spend any money at any Sarpino's and I encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere. Plenty comparable pizza places with better pizza and customer service.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza which was cold and the dough was soggy. There was also a ridiculous amount of pizza sauce. Pizza was definitely undercooked and needed additional cook time. We also ordered the meat sauce spaghetti which unfortunately was one of the worst spaghetti’s I’ve ever had, honestly inedible. It was actually disgusting. The noodles were overcooked and the meat sauce had large chunks of veggies, which was unexpected. My kids love spaghetti and unfortunately wouldn’t touch this. This was a complete waste of $50 and quality of a Domino's. We ordered directly through the website and food was delivered through Door Dash. I’ve had Sarpino’s before and liked the pizza in the past so not sure if the quality has slipped or if this is specific to the Eagan location.
