Just went through the drive through 6:30 at night, no line and not busy & sticker has my correct order but there is no Vanilla syrup in this latte. We were on our way to the wild game so not turning around, shoot!

We got a Venti blonde roast, drip coffee, a pistachio Cortado and a protein sugar-free latte. I’m not sure what happened because we have been there often but we had to toss the pistachio Cortado and the drip coffee right in the sink. I called them and they seemed to think I was not telling the truth. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know why they tasted so bad. I don’t have time to drive back and exchange them, but I wouldn't feel comfortable after the conversation I had with them either. It’s one thing to not enjoy your coffee, but you have to throw it out is another.

I love wasting my time, multiple times in the morning on my way to work. Whether they don't have change(a multi billion dollar company not having change is ridiculous) or making me wait for 12 minutes for a single coffee. I gave them another chance today and it was useless. Im never going back to this starbucks. :)
I moved to the area in August and this has become my new “home” Starbucks. Everytime I come in, I am always warmly greeted. My order is always done in a timely manner, and if there is a delay they quickly communicate - which goes a long way!!! All the people who work here are always so smiley, especially the blonde woman with glasses (whom I assume is a manager). Thank you for being such a highlight of my day when I come in!

Just bought a pumpkin spice latte. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would go back and get a refund. Arguably the worst pumpkin spice latte I’ve ever had. Don’t know if they changed their recipe or syrup, but I would not buy one here again.
