If you have an allergy, make sure to specify it and keep your receipt. Yesterday I asked for a drink with almond milk specifically because I have a milk allergy. Not a preference, a genuine allergy. Made it through half of my drink before having an allergic reaction, and today I am suffering the consequences. Please teach your employees to pay more attention when someone asks for a different type of milk that’s non-dairy. I get that accidents happen, but it’s important to be mindful.

This store needs to be cleaned!! The staff need to be taught safe food and beverage handling as well. Some employees have long, bushy hair with no hats serving breakfast sandwiches. I observed several employees rubbing their faces and hair with hands, and then making drinks and tending to customers without washing hands. Touching money and no hand washing. Not going back here!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Regional Management of STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES!I am a Disabled US Veteran, the delivery "people" block either ALL THE DISABLED parking spots, or they are block the entrance/exit to the strip mall.I have contacted the local police.The delivery people jacked their brakes, nearly hitting me and my son - then the delivery “men” laughed as they pulled away.STARBUCKS could be facing a Violation of the American’s with Disabilities ( A D A ) discrimination suit if it continues!Photos of one time are included!This happens quite often.Wheelchair accessibility: I am a Disabled US Veteran, the delivery "people" block either ALL THE DISABLED parking spots, or they are block the entrance/exit to the strip mall.They are, in my opinion, IN Extreme VIOLATION OF THE A D A!!

Staff are kind and attentive for the most part and usually have my orders up pretty quickly. The only downside to this location is that it is pretty small so if you are someone that likes to go in and work, this isn't the best location for it.

I rarely leave a review. However, the guy at the drive thru was very rude. He doesn’t care about your order he just wanted people gone. Drink was wrong, when I needed something he ignored me until he noticed I wasn’t leaving.Maybe he was having a bad day but when you pay so much here I don’t want a wrong drink.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks locations around. They regularly lock the doors, not allowing mobile orders to be picked up in store, screwing over everyone that orders ahead and any food delivery services when the drive through line is long. I don’t think I have ever seen their register working either.

I used to love this Starbucks but the last 5-6 times I’ve gone my drink is either messed up, someone else’s order or I’m paying 9$ for milk not even coffee on top off I have to tell them they forgot something every time . Very disappointing, I got my venti today and it’s literally milk and caramel
