As a Starbucks barista myself, this stores customer service was extremely disappointing and gives Starbucks a bad reputation! A heavier set woman with black hair took my order where I then gave her my partner numbers (a baristas discount)...she then requested an id to which I left in my vehicle parked a few blocks away. Instead I showed proof with the partner applications, such as work schedule and bean stalk and she denied both. I then left without my partner discount and received my employee benefits elsewhere without showing a physical id and service was much more friendly! (your typical Starbucks) Take your business elsewhere because this store doesn't reflect Starbucks coffee as it should. Do better!

The barista with the black hair in a braid had the worst rbf and did our drink wrong and when we asked for her to remake it she just took the cup and rolled her eyes and still managed to make it wrong the second time LMFAOOO. I could feel the heat jus coming off of her idk why she was so mad for. Plus the floor was so gross and

What I asked for: 2 shots of espresso over ice.What I got: 1 steaming hot shot of espresso, burnt, with an eye-roll on the side when I asked for ice.The short lady with the curly brown hair is a real piece of work, all the other employees here are wonderful.

I felt that the service was great and it was easy to order. I got my drink in less than 2 minutes! There are a couple of spots to sit if you wanna sit down and relax. otherwise I love the location of it while you're doing your shopping at the Twin Cities Outlet Center you can stop by for a drink!

Hey Starbucks hire and train your employees better. Their customer service is a reflection of your brand and your oversight. The Starbucks in Eagan, MN, outlet mall across from the Tommy Hilfiger store is HORRIBLE. Long wait lines to order anything. The store is not clean. There was garbage on the floor and tables and none of the employees picking it up. Bad customer service. They sold me items they did not have in stock. After I paid for them and waited 15 minutes they told me they didn't have them in stock and that I needed to wait in line to get a refund. I asked a question and they rolled their eyes. Worst experience. Never coming back.

Such a warm welcome on a chilly fall day! Caitlyn & Elise were very attentive and made my complicated order perfectly! That will always be my first stop before shopping!

We were in line for 45min it’s waiting on coffee, the coffee received tasted horrible. The mocha tasted burnt & the chocolate tasted very old, the drinks were horrible. The management at this location should have more oversight of employees and not 45min waits in the drive thru or horrible drinks to leave the window.

First time visiting this location and will be the last. They were only taking mobile orders, but some customers were rung up in the store. That is something that should be on the door so customers are not wasting their time and not everyone has the app. So I placed the order on the app. I ordered a bottle of water and they gave me a dented bottle. I was trying to get the attention of the employee, but ignored me, so I went and switched it out myself. Out of the three employees working that day, only one of them was polite and had great customer service. The other two were mad at the work and just rude. Not even a thank you or have a good day.
