Royal English breakfast tea listed on menu. Was served Earl Grey. Egg, bacon, cheese breakfast wrap also has potato which, when reheated, is mealy. Also, has no flavor and the bacon was undercooked. Really bad. This is a Starbucks issue. No problem with the employees.

20 minutes waiting for two drinks and a toasted bagel with butter . And there was no one in front of us in line...? Then as we got to the vehicle. We realized they didn't butter or give us butter for the bagel when we went back in to get butter found out they don't have butter anyways not sure how you run out of butter when you're next to a Hy-Vee but instead of telling us it's a surprise.. if you're in a hurry don't come to this place if you're in a hurry don't come to this place

I love this Starbucks. I typically order from the app, and my drink is ready at the mobile pick up area within my 10 minute drive to the store. The drinks are constantly good, and the service is typically fast. The indoor seating area is gorgeous and the outdoor patio is cute too. However, I removed a star because I don't like the parking lot situation. There are not that many parking spaces and parking is difficult and slow when the drive thru line is long. Also, I think the ice water at the Starbucks buildings (not the ones inside Targets or grocery stores) tastes so good. Give it a try!

It was a woman that needs reprimanding.)The lady at the drive thru was rude.I get that they were busy as today is the first day of the holiday drinks. But I placed an easy 2 item mobile order with a tip!So she didn’t even smile or say a single word to me. Looked to be in a foul mood.This lady is in the wrong business.I had never, ever done this before, but I ended up going back into the app after the fact and retracted the tip. She was that bad.

Love the location of this Starbucks! It is conveniently located near so many different stores, so easy to just stop in quick while getting your shopping done. Minus one star for the set up of the parking lot/drive thru but the service here was great! Decided to try the gingerbread offerings today and absolutely LOVED the chai latte. New favorite holiday drink for sure.
