Worst Starbucks in Eagan. They are always backed up and takes them 20-30 mins to make your mobile order. Had to come back during my break to pick up my order that I made in the morning.

Terrible service, I waited 20 minutes inside while cars kept going through the drive-through getting their drinks. After which I had asked the cashier who had forgotten my drink with no urgency or conflict resolution, I left. Would not recommend this location to anyone, terrible staff and customer service

Refused counter service as they said “we’re super backed up so we’re only taking mobile or drive through orders right now.”
There was no one in line to order inside. Pretty ignorant to say that I have to get in a car and place my order through the drive through instead of right there.
Yes I got in the car alright. And drove and a different coffee. Definitely not another Starbucks.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a cake pop for my daughter. Once i got to the window i realized i didn't have my wallet. Told the guy at the window and my daughter was very disappointed. The dude gave me my order for free! Very cool saved my morning. Found my new coffee spot

I was here a the 2 days ago when mobiles were down, I went in drive thru in the morning and the person that was taking my order was incredibly rude she was rushing me and I later found out that was the store manger. I didn’t appreciate that and Starbucks should get rid of her

Some of the baristas here act like they've never provided customer service before or even know what customer service is. A simple hello or thank you goes a long way. Some are really good. Coffee is always to standard at least and the space is nice.
