Had order placed for pickup, item was out of stock. A substitute was offered, but the item I ordered was a higher price and I wasn’t refunded the difference. Also, my account on my phone was hacked and it says I’m someone names Carlos in california.

This is definitely one of the best Starbucks in Eagan!! From the friendliness of staff to my coffee drinks not tasting watered down or heavily foamed- I will always visit this location over any other!

This is the second time I came to this location and the wait time is UNREASONABLE! It took 12 mins this time to receive my Pink Drink in the store! No adjust. No line. Drive through wasn’t even backed up. There were at least 4-5 workers. The last time it took even longer! I ran into a friend who was next in line and they never even took her order. She waited at least another 5 minutes before leaving. I am not sure how this location stays open. Next time I am in this area I will go to the Target location or Caribou.Also, not a great place to work. There aren’t any plugs with seating arrangements and it is SUPER cold.

regualrly inattentive workers behind the counter.ive had to wait minutes before when there are 3~4 behind the counter but today i had had enough.i entered the store with no line and stood at the register. there were three workers who were doing things, but all could see i was present.no eye contact.zero effort to let me know ill be with me at any time.after about two minutes (and still no acknowledgment), i decided to use the restroom and one of the workers who disappeared from sight while i was waiting rounded the corner and evidently was going to use the bathroom too. i thought "cant be bothered to help anyone and just doing whatever while people are waiting? yah nah." i thought better of the situation and left.also, they regularly short you on drinks.starbuck drinks are at minimum 6 bucks & they cant be bothered to make sure the cup is filled up.i dont care about foam clearance - 1/4 of the cup ought not be reserved for foam.fill the cups up for people for christ's sake.

Worst Starbucks ever! I ordered the almond milk sugar cookie latte (my fav Christmas drink!) and paid to add whip to it:) the gal didn't put whip on and when I said "oh this is supposed to have whip" she yanked it from my hand and stomped off to put it on... she came back with it and while it did have whip now it didn't have the sprinkles. Forgetting something someone pays extra money for is very rude, but then not including what the drink comes with normally? Ridiculous! I'd suggest stopping anywhere but here for your coffee.

I waited far too long for my food and had to leave without it. I watched them while I was waiting and there's no since of urgency, they visit with each other and joke around but show no interest in servicing the customer.

Yet again, 2 cars in front. Empty inside. There is no reason why i should be waiting 10+ minutes to pick up a drive thru drink. Then be greeted at the window and told "welcome to starbucks give me a minute" This is ridiculous at this point: what are you guys doing in there? At first i thought maybe its because you guys are short staffed. But it's a good 2-3 people working in there. Why does it take so long to get a damn coffee???

I ordered a blonde vanilla latte and i asked about how it was rang up and the window person had to get help and was silent for like 5 minutes, and then assumed my order was complete and put it through. I had to tell him the remainder of it at the window, that i wanted extra vanilla and whipped cream and he said "okay we got it" and i was handed a drink with regular pumps of vanilla and no whipped cream. Even though i made sure to tell him before we paid, so i paid for those to be added. I just ended employment as a barista at Starbucks recently and I hate leaving negative reviews but its really really not that difficult and I was so disappointed by my experience today

There are like no convention Starbucks in Minneapolis so when I found one I was very excited. On the drive over I thought I placed my mobile order. I never pressed send so when I arrived at the store my drink wasn't made. I was the only guest in the store while the three employees played around and completely ignored me. I'm not not small and neither is my presence and the fact that I walked and stood directly by the mobile order pick up counter should signify that "this guy is waiting for a pickup up order so we need to make it or ask him if he even placed one." Or just a hello when I walked into the store. My drink when I finally got it is ok.
