I've had a couple drinks from here and they have all been messed up. Employee struggle during busy times. I tired to be more forgiving but my last drink (mocha cookie crumble) was made horribly. It wasn't blended well and it tasted like watered down coffee.

Remember when it was a cool thing to go to the Starbucks, get a cup of coffee and just sit and relax? Oh, you don't? Probably because Starbucks is really wanting you to buy their coffee, and move on. Don't hang out, you're taking up space. Geez, it use to be fun. The people behind the counter use to smile, say "hello" and act like they were glad to see you. Now? Not so much. Just another sign that America isn't what it use to be....sad. But, to be fair, their Dark Roast is good, any of them. They do set the standard with respect to how coffee tastes, just not where you get to enjoy it.

I quite enjoy ordering from here. The staff are very friendly and always able to answer any of the questions I have.Plus the beverages are always made perfectly. I suggest the iced coffee with mocha syrup. Stellar.
