“Service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand its not the easiest of jobs, but there is one worker who I've noticed is pretty regularly rude and combative towards customers. I dont know what her problem is but every time I go in there it seems like someone is holding her at gunpoint“

“While ordering I came across the very nice young man who made my sub which tasted very delicious. He gave me the best customer service i’ve seen in a while. I thought people didn’t care about customers anymore but he proved me wrong. I will for sure be coming back and hopefully be met with this type of customer service again.“

“I love Subway and this one did not disappoint. The two employees there at the time, sorry I can't remember their names, were so friendly and helpful. They made a great sandwich for me. It was a new sandwich to me, a pepperoni sandwich with hot honey. As usual, I had it loaded with lots of fresh crisp of veggies. It was the Thursday special and the price was right. I'm glad that Subway now has a specially priced sandwich each day of the week. This restaurant in Eagan is a neat and clean, also attractive restaurant. It's a nice place to dine in, also convenient for takeout.“
