When I went on Sunday 11/30, the worker around 8:15pm said I couldn’t order, he had locked the door (he was outside smoking). I convinced him to let me order because the store didn’t close for 1.5 more hours. I had a free footlong coupon and he had no idea how to redeem it. The proceeded to tell me I couldn’t dine in. I sat in my car and ate, watched him lock the doors from inside then go into the back. Watched two other customers come and try to go in but he didn’t move. Worst service ever he deserves to be fired. I have been going to subway 3+ years.

As someone who works in this strip mall and orders a sandwich here just about every week, I was completely blown away by the rudeness of the lady tonight. I walk in, she greets me, I tell her I just need to get water. I come in with my own Stanley cup and fill it with ice water to return to work. I’ve done this multiple times. She says, “I have to talk to my owner, but I don’t think you’re allowed to do that. I think it’s only for customers.” Fill up my OWN water bottle for water that’s FREE? No one else gives me heck for this. What on earth? I’m disappointed. Not cool at all. Make me feel bad about getting WATER! Who does that? Ridiculous.

The employee here treats you like you done a crime ordering sandwich. Stares and doesn’t respond to requests at all. I asked him to add cucumbers but he just was not ready to add it after 3 times tell him to do so. Very poor experience.

I was the only customer and it took over 15min to be greeted to make my sandwich. The closing employee is incredibly rude and doesn’t have customers in mind.

I’d give them negative stars if I could the lady was so rude and completely effed my sub up I’ve always been a customer of subway and this is the first time I have a had an issue for the past 3 years! I strongly suggest you avoid this location and drive maybe 7 minutes more to get to the Walmart location in Eagan which is at least 10x better than this place!

Poor customer service the guy working there doesn't have proper customer service, he was staring me like that i look like athief ordered foot long with tuna sandwich, i wish i could give 0 stars not coming back again, i asked him if i can eat my sandwich there i wanted to get refill soda i can eat comfortable but replied in a weird way i said are you guys closing he didn't reply well i felt that i came a wrong place then i asked if i can use the bathroom he said yes without not wanting i could tell, the guy needs to learn what customer service is but the good thing i will never come back, i will spend my money in somewhere else.

I'll never order online again they severely skimped on my sandwich. They didn't even give me extra spinach like i asked...its spinach dude... I work near by and will now always turn guest away from this subway. I'll only eat here again to give it another chance in person but if they skimp in person to I'm telling every guest that comes in that every restaurant is good except the subway.

Customer service was extremely rude and the 2 ladies working there didn’t seem like they wanted to work. They Yelled at me for saying the ice dispenser wasn’t working and didn’t wanna go back to check on it. Very lazy people should be fired they’re was also a piece of hair on my food.

You'll be immediately greeted by a tacky sign taped to the front door explaining that their hours are different than what's listed on their website. There were several pieces of paper taped all over, explaining that they're out of certain ingredients and the most eye catching one noted that they don't accept ANY coupons. This Subway doesn't accept Subway coupons.When I visited, around 6PM on a Friday, there was only 1 staff person working so I spent over 10 minutes waiting to pick up my order that was already completed due to it being an online order.Food was alright but if you're looking for Subway, I recommend trying another location.
