I have been to this taco bell many times and I normally eat inside with friends and after waiting for long periods of time asking for a cup that they forgot or to asking to pay with cash. They never pay attention to the dining area in the restaurant and I never hear my name when my order is called so my food is cold. My food the last few times has been way below average, fried with no seasoning, meals without sauces, and literally the wrong orders were given to me in the drive through

Ordered food through the Taco Bell app from the Eagan location. It literally looked like the employees punched the tacos before putting them in the bag. The soda didn’t have ice. None of the requested taco sauces were provided. Finally, none of the special requests in the order were followed. Taco Bell has lost my business for good. Thankfully a Taco John’s opened in Eagan recently.

The boys stood around doing nothing. The chicken in my quesadilla was SO dried out, I couldn't eat it at all. The guy who took my drive through order never smiled or thanked me. Really PATHETIC!

At about 9:30 p.m. after working all day I came by my home store Taco Bell on the way home and ordered my usual: cantina Chicken brito and Nacho fries. The fries were cold. After circling around and waiting over 10 minutes behind someone in the Drive-Thru lane, I was told to hold on, and had the window closed in my face. After a couple of minutes I was told to go inside and wait if I want new fries. I just left. This isn't the first time I was given Nacho fries which were less than adequate, but the first time I said something, and was very disappointed.

I love their breakfast items. Only problem at this location is many times they don’t give You the original receipt with the barcode needed to earn points with their rewards program. You are forced to use the new check in with the app feature or do mobile order, if the barcode doesn’t print out. I only received the barcode on the receipt on the last of three orders.

My go to is a #6 with beef instead of chicken. It’s a 50-50 chance they get it right, even though it says beef on the receipt. Disappointing half the time.
