Normally the foods pretty good I don’t know what it’s been for the past couple weeks so I get extra chili extra cheese in my burritos and then I don’t get them. And then tonight I ordered two steak quesadillas and a number four combo. I get one steak quesadilla And then that. Who is making the food lately? Normally, you guys do much better than this.

I have been going here for years. The morning staff that comes in at 6am are great and staples there. And it's open 24/7 which really helps us 3rd shift night owls.

I am vegetarian so Taco Bell is one of the only fast food restaurants I can eat at. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s but this one in Eagan is one of the best. Drive thru times are incredibly short, and they have never once accidentally given me a chicken quesadilla when I ordered cheese. I work in Eagan and I eat here often on my lunch break, I know I can count on them to get me through the drive thru quickly and my food is always top notch! Thank you Eagan Taco Bell team, you make my day every time I stop there.

There is no customer service anymore. They should really just close down the indoor ordering services and only allow drive-thru if that's all they will pay attention to. We waited over 20 minutes for our food while over 10 cars came through the drive-thru and were helped immediately. If you're standing at the counter, you are completely ignored thanks to the insertion of the order kiosks (something plaguing all fast foods lately). Unfortunately when we got the food, some was way overcooked and cold.

There is plenty to blame on corporate for having installed kiosks that limit the amount of interaction, and therefore, customer service, while inside these establishments. Whatever training is provided to all these fast food chains seems to be universal to now ignoring the actual people in the restaurant and relying solely on the computer to tell you what orders to fill.

Very disappointing.

I have had some of the worst experiences, the staff that serves is very inefficient listening to music and they do not pay attention to the customer. They should not allow headphones because they do not do their job well.

Food tasted awful. Used to be one of my favorite fast food places to eat but the burrito smelled funny and tastes like vomit, I had my husband try it as well and he said something was definitely wrong with it. Wouldn't recommend going here.

ZERO STARS!!!! Drive Through so called "service" around 6 PM until Close is absolutely horrible, a huge waste of time and especially of your hard earned money. My order was extremely simple and the staff completely were absolutely careless, disrespectful, no customer service, failure to listen to a simple order a 4 year old is capable of comprehending and completely treated me with utter disregard through their own mistakes. All I order were two grilled beef burritos. Because they failed to pay attention, they gave me steak (As if they ran out of Beef and failed to mention it to me, so that I can go to a different store, but instead decided to cover up "managerial" failures to do their job and hand out the wrong order to begin with). I turned around and went through the drive through again (second time) and clearly specified to them that they gave me the wrong order and corrected them that it is supposed to be beef. They told me to pull up to the window. I thanked them (assuming they were correcting their mistake), and I received a new order. I intentionally pull into the parking lot across their store. Opened up the burritos to check and NO BEEF at all whatsoever! The Food was cold and no heat in any of it (OSHA and Safety Standards VIOLATIONS!) I read the reviews on here about this place and it's burritos, and yes! the reviews were right! It TASTED LIKE VOMIT, after taking a small bite. I spat it out and threw everything in the trash.

Corporate: If you have any concerns of your customer's safety, customer's extreme poor services and your lack of so called "leadership" in your store, then you will take action to do something about this as it has obviously been a huge problem with this nightly crew staff and especially the safety of the customers, unless you're waiting for the problem to become even bigger than what it already is turning into a law suit (which will explode into millions worth of charges by OSHA and Settlement Payouts), which is very easily avoidable, by first taking disciplinary actions against the carelessness of those wearing and representing your company logo so that those who make your revenue possible do not get shunned away from the wrong people representing your company.
