Can't believe I spent $20 and the food that I got barely had what it was supposed to have in it. So sad. Maybe Taco Bell is on a budget because I even only got one napkin 😔

I went through drive-thru and I ordered three chili cheese burritos and my disappointment is there's probably more filling in a Pop-Tart than what I got in these chili cheese burritos. Pretty sad

This used to be a decent Taco Bell, usually better than the one on Cliff Rd. But the service at the drive through has fallen off. No fault of the people working there, obviously. Whoever owns or manages this location has no idea what they're doing. Obviously they're not paying their staff enough to keep them or staffing properly to service customers. Waiting five minutes once you pull up to the order sign in the drive through and then another five at the window is absolutely unacceptable - things like this always indicate poor management. I feel bad for the kids working here.

It's a fast food spot and they get the job done. However, if you order online for in-store pickup, don't expect to be in and out because your food is behind the counter and they hardly pay attention to walk-ins. But if you opt for drive-thru pickup you might get stuck behind a single-file line of cars. They really take the gas out of ordering online, but rest assured, the gas from the burritos remains

Got two $7 lux boxes. Was looking forward to the Nacho's. Without saying anything about it they swapped it for the cinnamon twists, if you're out of something say so and ask if I'd like a different menu item. Very disappointed. Oh yeah my taco was broken and cold. My wife's burrito had way too much sour cream and was bursting out the sides with it. To make it worse we weren't given any napkins to clean up after theat issue. Please look further into the poor service we received to ight. Please address these issues.

Honestly worst manager I’ve ever experienced in my life. If she can manage to treat me like that in the drive thru I can’t imagine how she treats employees. Haven’t been back in 6 months. I hope she’s gone now and maybe I’ll try going back and deleting this review if she is gone. I reached out to corporate and got no response. I’m sure they have several managers so I'm sure some are fine and I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s career who was not part of the situation. But it’s really unfortunate because I’ve been driving 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes to go to Taco Bell almost every day.
