Took them a while to get me a drink and the new drinks they have are really mediocre and look really gross. It's has some sort of freeze dried/ soggy fruit that feels like Styrofoam.

Very good! I was able to make the turn in the drive through in my old truck which has a wide turn radius without backing up, even with the concrete barriers

I ordered a chrispy chicken burrito and a dragonfruit freeze. The chicken was so burnt I couldn't even chew it,and the lettuce was see thru. For $10... ridiculous! I told the manager lady and she just shrugged her shoulders. It's not really about the money. I didn't even ask for my money back. What I wanted was to be able to buy lunch and NOT get food poison from some lettuce.

This location is much nicer than the other Taco Bell in Eagan. The food is well made and they don’t skimp on key ingredients. It is clean and the employees are helpful and nice. 10/10 Taco Bell experience.

Love this place! You get side of attitude with every order! How delightful, but I didn't pay for that! I know it's fast food, I understand it's tiring, but don't tell me I said I ordered something one way, when in fact I didn't. Is it really that hard to understand wanting no ice in a drink? Couldn't have said it any clearer during the order, but it's happened multiple times at this location. Spend your junk money at another corporate location or business all together.

Employees are nice but man I don’t know what the procedures are with the food here. I have had a few experiences like this and not sure it’s worth the gamble anymore.

The “manager” on duty tonight
Was very rude and unprofessional,
He was horrible, rude, racist and all you can think,he ruined our dinner with his behavior, just because we tell him to check the soda , not enough C02 , and my husband requested soda from the machine inside, seriously this is not what Taco Bell represents, if he doesn’t have the patience or energy to work on this kind of jobs , he really needs to consider it and go somewhere else, I fell bad for the cooks tonight because looks like they were having hard time with him too ,

After my first visit, I did a positive review on your staff’s kind customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and how cool the wall is in the ladies room. Well, tonight, the wall is still open here (I won’t begin to tell you about the automatic sink that doesn’t see a person’s hand(s) and it’s still clean. But, the service oh my goodness, has drastically changed. There ISN’T ANY.
If you’re a customer going inside to order and eat, be ready to enter your order using a touch-screen system. There are no instructions on how to use this wobbly piece of plastic NOR is there an offer to help. And, if you are one of the 70% of customers who have special requests or need to clarify something on your order for-get-it! You CANNOT type ANYTHING!! And, If you can’t find something on the screen or you have a question, DO NOT think for a nanosecond any 1 of the several employees standing behind the counter, are going to help. Because, they are there to do NOTHING but watch you struggle. Not even the employee that walks past you twice, watched you struggle and turned his head 180° (as if his head was on a swivel, like an owl) to avoid eye contact. And DON’T think throwing your hands in the air and huffing, as he walks past, is going to get you anywhere. And the ONLY reason you can approach the counter is if you’re paying with cash.
Don’t be surprised when you turn toward the counter looking for help, to pay cash or out of sheer hope-lessness, the employees you saw upon arriving will NOT be there. NOT a cook, NOT a manager, NOT a customer service (keep reaching) employee!! Not even swivel-head guy.
Sure we saved $18 but, we’re still hungry and think we each got frost bite due to the freezing cold atmosphere.
Question for upper management, if you even stoop to read your customers reviews, how soon before we are cooking our food and/or accepting our own money to pay for our food and/or counting back our change for the $100 bill we paid with. I know it’s hard to find good help but to have people behind the counter, doing NOTHING, including helping “YOUR CU-TOM-ERS”, is the same if not worse than having no one! You do realize you’re paying vacant people (people standing there, but not really there) good money. You realize that? Tonight you are paying at least 4 vacant people, at least minimum wage each, to do NOTHING but stand there and watch your customers become so annoyed (after 10+ minutes) they walk straight out,
Do you know the meaning of customer service? How about the meaning of making a profit?

They have chicken nuggets with pretty good sauce, but they don't know how to make the nuggets, they were burnt and dry. $4 for five nuggets, I expected something decent.

I haven't eaten here in many years because I'm gluten sensitive. I googled GF at taco bell, and the dorito taco came up. I tried it and it was delicious. However, the prices surprised me.
Just over $11 for 3 tacos and a soda (the #8).
I'll keep this place on my GF OK list, but because of the prices, not frequently.

I recommend refraining from purchasing the coffee, as it is both unpleasant and overly watered down. This has greatly diminished my morning boost and has negatively impacted my overall day.

I made the mistake of coming here for coffee again this morning, just after 7 AM, and it was disappointing. Watered down, flavorless, and bitter. The old woman who worked there and prepared it didn’t seem to know how to prepare it properly, whether due to carelessness or lack of effort. Instead of serving a poor-quality coffee, just be upfront and let me know if it’s not ready.
