Went to the drive through, went home and found they shorted us, went back and found out they not only missed food but didn't take a part of my order, so we naturally had to pay for what they didn't take in our order we get lectured on how we should have checked the screen ourselves and basically lectured that their mistake was our fault...not even an apology for driving back, ....will not be back, manager very unprofessional and customers are not number one with him I guess...

It's such a shame since it's 5 minutes away, but they barely acknowledged me at the counter after 20 minutes even though they messed up the sticker. The food didn't even need to be cooked--just a couple beans and rice burritos and a tostada. Plus there was a soft drink next to it that they took back as "for someone else" and probably threw away. Clearly didn't want to make things right, so I'll do it myself with this review.

When this opened, during the first month, this was a fantastic location. Slowly dropping off, and now we’re at the point where it’s not good at all. Drive through menu hasn’t been working in a month, combos consistently don’t include all items, no one cares or wants to hear about it. Might be acceptable if you just order single menu items, but if you expect a cup of nacho cheese with your chips in a combo, you will be disappointed. Roll of the dice if your burrito will be full or lacking, rolled tight or loose, etc. Zero attention to quality or detail here. I guess you just have to accept that no one working here has any pride or accountability with what they serve you. You’re the jerk for wanting to see a menu, get what you paid for, or enjoying what they offer.

I ordered breakfast quesadillas specifically without bacon, but when I got to work and opened my order, it was filled with bacon. I called to let them know, but the person who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, there was loud music playing in the background, making it hard to even have a conversation. This is unacceptable service, and I’m extremely disappointed.

The food is always satisfying. Pricing for grandparents and three grandkids will set you back about $60. We are not a big fan of the self ordering menu system. We still enjoy customer service. Thank you.
