Absolutely awful experience with this Taco Bell. I did a mobile order to make things easier. I asked to add a few items in a separate order, it was 11:15 and there was no cars behind me, and I was told I have to drive around just to place an order due to “lunch rush”, I have worked in the fast food industry so I know it’s a matter of not wanting to do it not if they can or not. But I let it go and went around a second time, I knew the exact amount of the order so I gathered the change. When I went to pay she said I didn’t have enough so I grabbed more money and she dropped my change I said it’s fine, and took my order and left. I assumed prices went up because the total was more than I anticipated, I look at the receipt just to see I was charged a donation, that I didn’t approve or even get asked for that matter. Absolutely unacceptable.

I like their food, soft drink refills, and I was able to attend a Zoom meeting there. At that time of day (4 pm) most of their business is drive-thru so not bothering or bothered by other patrons.
It says you're open until 1:00 in the morning yet every time I get there at 12:30 you say you're closed. Consistent hours would be nice

Last 2 times I ordered steak or chicken in my meal instead of ground beef. I paid the extra upcharge and didn't get what I paid for. This is theft, plain and simple. Most times going through I don't get a fork for the potatoes even though I ask for it and they tell me it's in there. How do they expect me to eat cheesey potatoes without a fork? I was excited to have a Taco Bell open up close to home but now I've had enough and am through with this place!

Taco Bell's good for quick, cheap eats. Plenty of options like tacos and Crunchwraps. You can customize your meal, which is neat. The value menu offers good deals. The place is laid-back, fitting for fast food. Service is quick, though food quality might vary. It's American fast food with a Mexican spin, not authentic, but decent for a fast bite.
You know what you're getting out of this place when it comes to the food. Service has always been good for me.

Dirty table's and when I was standing at the counter the lady in my picture told me I had to use the kiosk or I would have to wait until someone would help me. Sad!!! Maybe she will understand not everyone supports machines taking jobs away , maybe she'll understand when the taco making machines take her job too...LoLAnd the cravings value menu items are.49¢ more than the one I ate at two days ago.

Dont go if using cash. Took them 20 minutes to ask me if I had to pay in as I was sitting at the counter waiting with cash in hand. While they proceeded to shove out drivethru orderes and take glances at the counter. Then proceeded to blame me for 4 people getting served who ordered after me. Manager is a joke for copping an attitude.
