We have always enjoyed Taco John's everywhere we've gone unfortunately there's not enough stores in the Minneapolis Metro.
The first store I recall was in Mankato at about 1971.
Great food and the workers try their best. Don't believe all these other reviews. People complaining about the silliest things.

I drove around for a beef and bean burial while waiting for my grandson to complete his orientation. So I drove to a thrift store, came back, and drove around again. Wow, those burritos are really good, lots of meat and cheese. I'll drive up again when I return to Mn.

A bot took my drive thru order, which was a challenge when ordering substitutions. I had to repeat the order multiple times.

Vegetarian options: Anything with beans.
