Rude and Unprofessional Staff. The food is bad. Served under cooked and cold bread sticks. When confronted about the quality of food, the staff asked us to wait for half an hour to process the refund. Not visiting this restaurant chain again.
The food is microwave please!!!!!! I told them I don't eat microwave food and they serve me again a cold pasta. I eat two time on it and I throw it away it was nasty. And the employes are so rude my GOD !!!!!!!!!!

Can never go wrong with them. Commercial but with good taste and decent value quick Italian. A bit disappointing I did not see lasagna that I think they have in some other branches. But very flavorful and good options.
Plenty of food prepped and staff was fast and friendly.
I ordered and paid for pepperoni sausage. I was handed double pepperoni. when I said that wasn't what I ordered, the guy said that was all he had. He should have made that clear when I ordered. Food was old and reheated. I mean really old and expensive. Don't waste your money
The price is decent, food is not very flavorful but not terrible. The cashier was extremely nice but the man actually helping me seemed to be more interested in reprimanding another staff in front of customers.

Stop #159 for @pizzas365: Villa Italia Kitchen gives you a large quantity of poor quality pizza for the price. Boring, stale crust with plastic-tasting pepperonis on top of an average sauce. 2.2 Stars.
Good or bad as all Villa Italien kitchen
My family and I had lunch here today and it was good. We ordered the Stromboli w/ salad, and my boys had the kids meal with pizza. I liked how they heat up your food in the stone pizza oven after you order. The salad and fresh fruit choices were many and looked good, but my Caesar salad was mostly iceburg lettuce when I prefer romaine. My kids ate every single bite of the large pizza slices and said it was very good. The staff was courteous and helpful, even giving us an extra cookie when they missed giving our kids their cookies with their meals initially.
The staff was EXTREMELY ARROGANT AND RUDE!!! I have lived in twin cities for 4 years and never experienced such terrible service before. Would not recommend this place.
