We ordered two biggie bags, both burgers were very soggy, we asked for ketchup, they only gave us one and it was buried under the chicken nuggets in the nugget box? You have to try to do that, very poor quality. Worst Wendy's experience ever. Being disabled I don't make much money at all, going out for even fast food once a month is a big treat for my wife and I. As you do your job, put yourself in the customers shoes. You have no idea what they're going through in their lives. Smile, say thank you have a nice day. I'm sad Wendy's is closing some locations as Wendy's is actually a good memory for me. Then to have this happen can is really discouraging. Now I'm hungry after spending money on what was supposed to be a nice treat for my wife and I. Thanks for nothing, please retrain,

I've been here twice just after 630 and both times they were still closed
I come to this wendys because I love wendys and its close to where I work and today I had a very short lunch break and limited time. I got a daves tripple with cheese plain add mayo and add extra cheese and a med water I dont get it regular because im allergic to onions and when i got my food to work I opened it up to realize they gave me a reg triple with onions . I didnt have time to drive back up there. I had to throw away my food so I paid $10+ buks for a med water what a let down

When I ask for fresh fries and nuggets that does not mean put them back in the oil!!! That makes them oily and icky. Yall should know better.
I have gone through this drive-thru a few times over the last 6 months or so and I have to say it’s always the same rude and just hates everything guy at the window. I ordered a potato and a sandwich and a drink. I did not ask for the meal. When I said I didn’t want the meal nor did I ask for it he said to me “how did you get a drink if you didn’t order the meal?” He then smirked and made it into a huge deal and said I guess you want your money back. I said that would be nice and he slapped it in my hand. This guy if the franchise owner or manager needs to get out of customer facing employment

Ordered a baconator. The meat was so pink I stopped eating after I noticed. No response from restaurant. Felt sick 24 hours later. Eat here at your own risk.

Theres one girl on the drive through. Claiming to be a manager. Who has a horrible attitude. Can't wait until she finds another job. I dont want to give her my card or have her handling my food. The store and district manager know who she is. Guess its Taco Bell for lunch for a while. 😄 🤣 😂

I went there and unfortunately had a horrible experience. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window(was the only person there). When I got up there I scanned my rewards I had, apparently the man/woman (was hard to tell no offense) said we don’t work with the app. I was a little confused as it’s the Wendy’s app and I’m at Wendy’s lol. But it seemed my app did work until the worker wouldn’t give me the food from the rewards. Kept saying I needed to pull around the building and reorder my food mind you I am the only person in the line nobody else is here. I said “you see my rewards on my phone here I’m showing you” but apparently they can’t give me the food even though I scanned my app. Kept being very rude to me and even mentioned “you’re holding up my line” (was still the only person there lol). I don’t see why they couldn’t just give me my food. I think they were trying to pull some kind of scam on me but I don’t know exactly what. I eventually just ended up leaving because they didn’t seem like they were going to give me my food. Was the only person there throughout this entire ordeal I can see why this was now lol. Please don’t go here the transgender is insanely rude and is apparently the manager because I asked to speak to a manager and it said it was. I hope this place closes down and they can replace it with something decent. This place is very poorly run don’t expect much if you go here. It’s sad I used to really enjoy coming here. Will not be back.

Do better with updates! I just drive 20 min for the pretzel burger that you do not have! It is currently on the menu!
