The worker yelled at me from across the restaurant and called me names because the card reader said approved so I walked away waiting for my food. When I walked up to see what was wrong because he was yelling at my child “you going to pay for that!” While pointing at the water cup in his hand and reaching over the counter and it looked like he was about to grab my child, he then got in my face screaming at me because he said I refused to pay for my food when I had literally entered the card and the reader said approved. I asked him not to yell at me and that is when he started screaming, took his headset off and leaned over the counter at me screaming.

February 24th at 1914hrs. The absolute worst manager I’ve ever seen. Just standing at the front on his cell phone, definitely not talking about anything business related. And yelling at his employees to take my order. Which the other employees were super polite and respectful. This place would probably be better if someone spoke with the manager.

Update 2/19/25 front cashier rude, asked for fresh food and was refused, then asked for sauce and had them thrown across the counter at me. Food was not fresh. The dude with the missing tooth.

1-5-24 Sunday afternoon Well I had to change my review. Ive been coming to this drive through pretty consistently for a little over 2 years. Used to be pretty solid but i dont know if its the turnover in staff but theyre getting sloppy on the orders. This last time i dont know what the hell that was in my burger but that burger doesnt even have mayo on it as one of the ingredients!Im pretty sure that wasnt laziness but they purposely contaminated my burger with whatever that is. Never going back there again. Disgusting PoS's!

The revamp of the 'dining room' area is horrible 🤦🏼♀️ it's like a wide open, very uncomfortable, empty, blah cafeteria. The pop machine is trash-the pop never tastes like it should & no refills on the lemonade is annoying since the pop is nasty.

Worst service ever. We weren’t even acknowledged. We stood there patiently waiting for about 10 minutes as we understood it was busy. The cashier didn’t even attempt to say hi, we will be with you in a moment, nothing whatsoever. Looked at us with an annoyed face and just kept doing what he was doing. Over all very disrespectful and unprofessional.

And the front end of the restaurant is very empty, with a lot of wasted space that just feels awkward. However, we decided to stay and the food was great. The service was good too. I always love the taco salad at Wendy's!

Since when can I not sub a drink for a frosty on my biggie bag.EVERY LOCATION DOES THIS EVEN YOURS CONSIDERING I DO IT EVERYTIME. Lady says her system won't allow her to do it and it's been like that. Another lie pulled it right up on their app and ordered with a frosty This location closes early often and service is crap! They need more training so they know what they can actually do!
