The so called “smash burger” was nothing more than a basic burger. It didn’t match the menu description, and the flavor was underwhelming at best. Overall very disappointing.

Stopped in for a business dinner near where I was staying. The atmosphere was nice....though I couldn’t help but wonder why 30 people were sitting inside on a beautiful summer evening. I grabbed a seat on the patio right away. No view, but it was comfortable and relaxed.
Service was excellent. I ordered the Bang Bang Smash Burger, which unfortunately was overcooked...less “crispy edges and juicy smash burger” and more “dry and lifeless.” Not much bang bang sauce either, which didn’t help. On the bright side, the tots were a solid upgrade, crispy and satisfying.
But the real standout? The black cherry Manhattan. That cocktail nearly redeemed the whole meal. Next time, I’d order the same thing but ask for more sauce and a properly cooked burger. With that tweak, it could easily go from forgettable to fantastic.

Everything about this place was great! Knew the bartender so that was a benefit. The food was really good and the portions where large, larger them most places you get your money's worth. Only complaint would be it very dim lit! The atmosphere is nice just got the lights down a bit to much it was hard to see any distance when looking around. Just up a couple of notches but great overall!
Great tavern. Had the Thai bowl which was ok. Great interior and patio. Happy hour is good for cheap lite beer otherwise beer prices are very high and don’t show on the beer list. I should have asked.

The food was decent, but I think a good barometer of the food of a bar is the quality and quantity of fries. The fries were good, but a little skimpy. My fish wasn't crispy, which for fried fish I would want a little crunch. The rest of my group had decent food. Service was excellent, and the place had a good atmosphere.
