Yep, I'm giving 5 ☆s to an Applebee's. Good is good. Our server Lily was so great, the guy who seated us went out of his way to clear a spot where my kiddo could have a view of the World Series. Comfort food was perfect: Grilled cheese hamburger w/tomato soup, honey chicken mac & cheese, pretzel breadsticks with beer cheese dip. Remodel looks nice.

So I came to pickup a delivery order. I normally wouldn’t leave a review for this situation but it’s definitely weird. I was there around noon on a weekday. They have no DoorDash spots and this parking lot has always been a nightmare. I went in and immediately was hit with the smell of dirty diapers. I had to use the restroom and the smell was all the way through the store. The “handicap” stall was the only one open and I was weirded out by it. It was long and narrow not wide. Maybe 8’ x 3.5’. I couldn’t imagine how someone in a wheelchair with no control over their legs would be able to transfer from wheelchair to toilet.

I then went out and waited for the order. There was literally zero employees on the floor for a solid 5 minutes. I saw the food behind the bar and would have just grabbed it and walked out but they were missing the drink. The manager walked out and was like oh here you go, I asked for the drink and he had to recheck and was like oh yup I will get that for.

Noon Vikings game… bartender wants to watch something else😳😳😳 Hostess comes to work sick sporting a mask… and a waitress can’t put the floor mop away!! WAKE UP and read your room! Shouldn’t have to ask 3 times to turn on a Vikings game🤬🤬🤬🤬

This location is a lot smaller than other Applebee's but it is very cozy. It's connected to a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. The staff was great. We were seated right away and food came out in a timely manner.

The food was a hit or miss. My order of shrimp steak with mashed potatoes and green beans was delicious and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes looked like it was boiled in a bag and then dumped out but overall the taste was not affected.

Mac and Cheese with chicken tenders and hot honey was too savory. Flavors didn't match well and they used rotini noodles instead of elbow noodles so not only was the taste off but also the presentation.

Neighborhood burger didn't look as good as the pictures but my son liked it.

The true stars of the menu are the desserts. Our favorite is the apple pie with ice cream. It came out sizzling.
