We were seated in a busy area with a ton of kids that were not being watched by their parents. The server was nice, but we sat for at least 10 to 15 minutes before she took our drink orders and meal order at the same time. We did not get any refills and had to flag our server down to get our check and pay. I would probably find a different location or restaurant if we were in the area again. The food was great when we got it.

I recently visited Applebee's Eden Prairie location and wanted to share my experience.It took around 5-10 minutes for a server to greet us at our table. After that, we placed our order and received our food without any issues. However, I did not receive the breadstick that was supposed to come with my meal as the server mentioned that it was being cooked and would take a while. By the time I got it, I was already done eating and didn't want it anymore.We ordered some BBQ boneless wings to go. They were supposed to come with honey BBQ sauce, but there was no sauce on them when we got home. This was quite disappointing.Our server only checked on us once during our entire visit, which was also disappointing. Additionally, when we were paying, we had to find our server who was not on the floor, and had to wait for her to come back. When she finally returned, she was busy talking to another girl about some drama, which took even longer and was quite unprofessional.Overall, I still like Applebee's, but I think the management needs to address these issues with their employees.
