Don't have two drive through lanes if you don't have a system to handle them. I had two cars order ahead of me because your employees forgot the the left lane existed... Never eating here again. Wasted 10 additional minutes because of this mistake

Tina was phenomenal . She fixed an order from the past and was very helpful. Thx Tina!
Friendly service at the drive through. Food came out quickly. The fries and mozzarella sticks were outstanding, really fresh. The chicken sandwich though was covered with wilted lettuce and some extremely under-ripe tomato slices. Had to scrape off the bad veggies. The sandwich tasted pretty good but would have been much better with good vegetables.
Just walked out with a $15 “value” map. A Reuben meal with jalapeño poppers and a large drink with “light” ice.
My $3.29 drink had about five or six sips of liquid in it, the four pack of jalapeño poppers had three, I’m pretty sure they charged me for the fries I substituted, even though I didn’t get them. I would check, but they didn’t give me a receipt either.
I will see the sandwich was OK, and why they still got two stars.
I’ve noticed a couple of locations have potato cakes again, but they don’t. They don’t appear to have a happy hour either.

I had a free meal card that is apparently 5 years old. I hardly go to Arby's and decided to use it after finding it in the black hole of my purse. Instead of honoring their mistakes they made that was the whole reason I even had the card, they said they couldn't accept it! Honestly, I think it's bs, way to put the customer first. You messed up "5 years ago" and "tried to make it right" with a bs free meal card but then couldnt even accept it?! Good Lord Arby's has gone down hill especially with its service and now up charging some mid tier fast food?? I think Arby's can afford an $11 meal on them.
Safe to say I will not be back, probably longer than 5 years this time, ha, because screw this location. The previous time I stopped here they messed my order up so bad and instead of refunding it like I asked, the managers response was "well you are getting a lot more food with this coupon." I don't care, I didn't want the 2 can dine for $8.99 or $9.99. Then they didn't even give me the drinks to it. You'd think with all the construction they would want as much business as possible at this location, instead they are doing a great job driving customers away.
Anyways, cheers, while I choke this $11 meal down that definitely was not worth it.

In the last couple of months, the Eden Prairie Arby’s has given me wrong products on four separate occasions. Today they gave me curly fries when I ordered crinkle fries. This has happened before. On other occasions I have been given the wrong sandwiches. They just can’t seem to consistently get my orders right. In addition to receiving the wrong items, today I ordered a bourbon brisket sandwich. There was a small amount of meat on one half of the bun and it had a lot of fat. The other half of the bun was empty.
