We love Asian Express. We always get it for delivery and it is usually on time. Even when it's a little late, it's worth the wait. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. We always get sweet and sour chicken and some type of chow mei fun. Not many places do mei fun noodles right, but the ones here are amazing. I highly recommend the shrimp or chicken chow mei fun. There is always a lot of meat with the entrees. This is our go-to place when we want to treat ourselves to a great meal!

I rated this the way I did because I was expecting something a little bit different than what I received. I wanted chow mein and when I called to order this because I had takeout I asked the girl if there was celery in it which I wanted and she said yes but there was no celery in it and it was not like the chow mein I remember from the great Nankin restaurant downtown Minneapolis back in the day. Very nice and friendly family that owned this place, I had a chance to talk them him a little bit. So if I ever go back here again maybe I'll try something different and give them another shot.

I’ve been a resident of Eden Prairie for a decade, and I can’t believe I waited this long to try Asian Express. Despite regularly dining at Mandarin Kitchen, Peking Garden, Village Wok, and Hunan Restaurant, Asian Express has surpassed my expectations. The orange chicken was a delightful surprise – not overly breaded, with generous chunks of chicken. The beef and broccoli were flavorful, and the salt and pepper squid, my personal favorite, was not only delicious but also affordable with generous portions. Unlike other places with pricey calamari and smaller servings, Asian Express stands out. The chicken lo mein was another winner, and even the small order was ample for sharing. Without a doubt, Asian Express is now my top choice for Chinese cuisine in the west metro.

Don’t order online or trust their site. Site said order would be ready at 6:36 and still waiting for the food as of 7:57pm…. Insane.It’s a holiday. You can properly inform customers how long it takes to make your food so they don’t spend that holiday waiting in your freezing restaurant.its not that hard to say it will take an hour or 2 rather than 30 minutes…Also their response further proves the lack of care. Im not from here just have had 2 very bad experiences with this place when visiting family.Food wasn’t worth 2 hour wait and bad experience but is probably fine on days where they have 4 orders probably.

The food is so great I had to take a picture and let everyone on the Internet know. My husband says it smells like Hong Kong and they have a secret menu "so its legit!" His words. For me, it's great but they could use more vegetarian options. I recommend the House Special Rice, Egg Fu Young, all the tofu dishes, Sweet Sour Pork, Egg Flour Soup, ribs, calamari and appetizers.

Wow, I was shocked to find out how GOOD this place was. The food tastes like it was cooked on a grill. Smokey flavoring. The flavor combinations are so unique and really make this place stand out. I feel like so many other places have the same flavor palate but not Asian Express. I highly recommend checking this place out!!

I like the food here and supported them during Covid but after today I will not be ordering from again.Placed my order online, got a confirmation back that the foodwould be ready in 20 minutes. Got there and they were takinga break and had not even started my order. They said my ordercame in when they started eating (and therefor would make it after they were done).Did not set well with me. I just left since I did not pay online (glad I had not).
