4/15/2024 I put in an online order to be picked up at 11:15am. At 11:30am I proceeded to the store and was greeted with an empty store. I waited for another 20 minutes assuming someone must've slept past their alarms, but still nobody came. I reached out to customer service via their contact form and waited 2 days before I heard back from anyone. I got an email back from Jeffery Carter who sent me a free reward, but no refund for food or service I never received. Today 4/22/2024 I attempted to reach out to the customer service phone line at 8:22am and at 8:23am somebody took me off hold, muffled something, and then disconnected me from the line. I am unable to express how frustrated I am with Auntie Anne's service both with the store and their customer support lines.

Take my piece of advice, AVOID this establishment at all cost. Horrible customer service and take your hard earned money somewhere where they actually appreciate you. They lie and again TURN AWAY AND RUN….you will thank me

My recent visit to Auntie Anne's left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt lackluster, lacking the inviting aroma that one would expect from a place known for its freshly baked pretzels. The first letdown was the quality of the pretzels themselves. Instead of the soft, doughy goodness I anticipated, what I received were dry, overcooked twists that resembled more of a stale cracker than the indulgent treat I had in mind. It was as if the entire batch had been left in the oven just a tad too long, resulting in a disappointing texture and an absence of that delightful chewiness. The limited menu options didn't help salvage the experience. It felt like a missed opportunity to explore various flavor profiles or innovative combinations. The lack of creativity in the offerings left me questioning why I chose Auntie Anne's in the first place when there are numerous other pretzel vendors that go above and beyond in terms of variety and quality.Adding to the overall dissatisfaction was the disinterested demeanor of the staff. From the cashier to the person manning the pretzel station, there was a palpable lack of enthusiasm for their craft. It felt as though they were merely going through the motions, resulting in a service experience that was far from welcoming. The seating area, typically a place to savor your snack, wasn't much better. Uncomfortable chairs and lackluster decor contributed to an overall uninspiring atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy even if the pretzels had been up to par.In conclusion, Auntie Anne's fell short of expectations on multiple fronts – from the lackluster pretzels to the uninspiring menu and disinterested service. For a satisfying pretzel experience, I'd recommend exploring other options that prioritize both quality and customer satisfaction.

I placed an order on the app on 1/1/24 to be picked up. They said a certain time I should arrive, I did that to find out they hadn’t even started. The mall was dead and not a single person had come to them while I waited my 20 minutes for my order. At the end she told me that they were out of something, offered me some other options but I just requested a refund. Manager came out to process my refund, handed me the receipt. So I thought that’s it, I don’t have to worry. Wow was I mistaken! Today is Jan 28 and yet have I gotten my refund. Back around mid month I contacted corporate and they said that the store was the only one that can do refund. So the manager called me and said I am going send you a gift card and certificate for a free pretzel for delays and the inconvenience. So I guess they are trying to make it right and again but yet again I was mistaken. Got my things she had promised but stupid me didn’t ask if they would be expired. Date stamp on the envelope was Jan 19, 2024. So the one expired Jan 14, 2024 and brought it their attention and was told repeatedly that I would be able use it so I gave it a try and after a couple days of trying, I sent a message to the manager with screenshots of it not working. Her response was absolutely horrible customer service considering that I had been patient and was nice to this point. She said I have done the best that I can do and it’s no longer in my hands. WHAT??? Sending expired certificate is the best you can do? She lied to me about taking care of that when I approached her about it when I received it. Now I can’t even take what she says because obviously she doesn’t do it. I replied back asking her why she said that she would make it right if it wasn’t to work and now pretty much saying SOL. Ignoring me now and didn’t provide me any information on who I should contact if it’s “out of her hands”. This is not customer service at all and clearly a store manager should have training on this too. Shame on you for your actions which resulted of no refund and knowingly sending out expired certificates for my inconvenience but now you pretty much made it clear that customer and your customer financial is not important and care less. I wish I could give you 0 stars!Update 1/30/24: I have asked the store manager to see if they were going to give me a good and not expired certificate (like promised), and it’s been crickets for two days now. This location is a franchise owned by V & J Holding Companies, Inc based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Let’s just say the Director of Operations for them is absolutely waste of time and energy speaking to him. He just kept doing copy and paste the same message over and over again until I called him out on it and once I proved that he was wrong about accusing me that I let the certificate expire, he won’t even answer me because I am assuming that his pride is getting in the way and that he was wrong. You can read all about it on their Google review, if I was Valerie Daniels-Carter (CEO), I would be very disappointed on how the management team has handled this matter. Also, I do want to say that I finally got my refund yesterday, not from the company doing it, it was because I did file dispute charges on them and Visa favored on my behalf and that is why I got my refund. It was clearly not Auntie Anne’s or V & J Holding Companies, Inc doing the right thing. This company has lied to me and I will never give them a penny of my money again. If you want true service and better food, visit the new Auntie Anne’s in Burnsville, even convenient with a drive thru. No have to go into a mall and they are not owned by V & J. They know what customer service is there, not this Eden Prairie location.

Never open.

I love Auntie Anne's pretzels, But the one at Eden Prairie is practically never open, I work at this mall and I rarely ever see it open (even on hours that they are listed to be open during) Its really inconvenient when I only have a half hour to get food for my lunch break.

Every time we go they are out of the basics. Plus the last time we got the mini-dogs they were gray in color and looked very old and gross. We had to throw 2 orders away, didn't want to get sick. We walk buy and always see they don't have much made or ready to buy so we just don't bother stopping anymore. Used to love this Anne's location. so sad.

I go to Scheels a lot and love a good pretzel. This place is a train wreck. Went to get a pretzel and the sign said out to lunch, did some shopping came back an hour later and sign still up with the same pretzels in the heater. Went a different time and they had two salted bites that looked burnt, I asked for some fresh ones and I just got some side eye and mumbling. In the last year I have been there 4 times and I feel like they are actively trying to fail.

We got the cinnamon and sugar pretzel cup and a blue raspberry lemonade. The lemonade was great but the pretzels tasted like chemicals really bad. I am not sure why but it was aweful. The lemonade was really good though!

I was at Eden Prairie for a few hours. Just before I called it a day, I walked by Auntie Anne's. I thought that getting some mini pretzel bites would be perfect for dinner, as I had had a filling lunch and wanted something smaller. There was a bit of a lineup. I didn't mind the wait. It moved fairly quickly. I spoke to a woman at the counter. I asked whether she had any mini pretzel dogs. She said that she had placed a batch in the oven and they'd be done in eight minutes. Cool! I got two orders because I love them so much. I paid with a credit card. I also had my rewards barcode scanned from my phone. It was straightforward and smooth. She said that she'd call me over once my order was ready. There was a place to sit down steps away from the store. I sat down with my purchases and waited. It didn't take long for the woman to call me over. She handed me a paper bag with my mini pretzel dogs. I thanked her and happily left with my hot-out-of-the-oven goodies. I headed to my car, placed my food safely on the passenger seat, and drove back to the hotel. Perhaps my drive took fifteen minutes at most. My rental car smelled so good. I was tempted to have some as I drove, but I was good and didn't. I got to my hotel room and my mini pretzel dogs were still hot. They were yummy. I used to get the full-sized pretzel dog, but I rarely see them available at stores these days. Instead, I like the two-bite mini pretzel dogs. Each one has the right balance of pretzel around a plump hot dog. So good! I had a great experience here. I'd return for more when I'm at this mall again. (432)

Could smell this place from across the mall and i had to partake. i quickly started to feel questionable about the employees not wanting to sprinkle garlic powder over a cup of pretzel bites for a customer in front of the line, even though she was willing to pay extra. After getting to my turn, i ordered a garlic pretzel. After one good look of this horrid creature i was handed, i immediately regretted my choice of pretzel. It was doused in garlic powder that it solidified into one big flake of garlic. I should have offered to sprinkle some of it onto the previous customer. I went ahead and ordered a regular pretzel. The cheese sauce was cold and congealed and tasted old but the pretzel was alright. The smell of the place is definitely misleading but i give two stars instead of one because the lemonade was good.

My daughter went between 11am and 12noon. Lady was sleep on counter. My daughter asked if she could get some cinnamon nuggets and the lady said you can only get what’s in the case. Are you only selling what’s in the case from 11-5pm? No freshly made nuggets or pretzels until the next day? What ever is made when you open is it? Then put signs up stating that. Not very good customer service at all. Will not be back
