I went here after the concert last night, it was a long busy day me and my partner had not eaten at all. We heard great stuff about this food, so we went ordered right behind a gentleman that ordered for his family from the same restaurant by the way. We proceeded to wait when we received a text from the restaurant our order was canceled and we would be refunded which we were confused because again the family just ordered before us literally and this place is open until 2am , so we ordered again and the restaurant canceled again, we tried to call no answer, the staff attempted to go back and ask why or what was happening to be told they closed early, then the cook was there but did not give a reason why they rejected the order. We we refused service for no reason no explanation at all… There is absolutely poor service and due to this experience I will never eat here.

Food is tasty but they always get the orders wrong. Like today, I ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat with avocado. I was charged $16.00 for a burrito with eggs, cheese and potato (crazy expensive!). I'm happy to pay whatever ridiculous price someone wants for avocado but ya need to give it to me or else its just theft.

I would have to call this place good - not great. The service was very fast, which was great for me swinging by for a quick lunch. The menu was a little limited - but they had chicken enchiladas so I was a happy man. As always, I asked to make it spicy. This resulted in the green sauce in lieu of the red sauce I guess. No jalapenos or other additions to crank up the heat. The chips and salsa weren't my favorite. The salsa's consistency was a little watery and the flavor had kind of a funny spicy, yet sweat combo. It wasn't what I would call your "traditional" red Mexican restaurant table salsa. Also, for any frequent flyer of Mexican restaurants wants to know - you have to pay for the chips and salsa, it is not complimentary! On to the enchilada... Well, it wasn't spicy at all to start with. So that was a little bit of a let down. With that being said - the flavor was great! The green sauce was very generously added to the enchiladas so that I could get plenty of flavor in every bite. I even mixed the rice in the leftover sauce and scooped it with my chips after abandoning the red salsa. I don't know of many Mexican restaurants in the area, so I can see how this is one of the better options in the Eden Prairie/Chan corner. I wish there was more punch to the dish when requested spicy, but I enjoyed my lunch overall!

Why are all the best places hiding in some little corner or strip mall. The atmosphere was wonderful. Service was top notch for a small restaurant! I love trying new Mexican restaurants so I try a lot of them. In my opinion this is definitely top 5 for Mexican restaurants!

Quick, delicious food, excellent service with very kind and accomodating staff!Kid-friendliness: We came with two families with four kids total, two kids with developmental disabilities, and the staff was very engaging, kind, and even offered the children free dessert!

Review for take out chicken burrito add guacamole: Price: $12.99 + $1.50 add guacamole ~$16 w/tax Flavor/observations: Decent size burrito but not huge. The flavor was very decent but nothing to rave about. It had little meat and I never saw the guac I paid extra for. Lots of rice and lettuce. Really...lettuce. BUT, they had three solid salsas so that made up for the downsides. Overall: it's an overpriced burrito with decent flavor. I'd pick chipotle over this for comparison. Or, better yet, although not close to this restaurant, a different mex restaurant. Order the enchiladas here. Much better.
