This place is dark, dirty, and overall disappointing. I've been going here for awhile and it has gone down hill fast. During today's visit the staff were mocking visitors and my food was half cooked. I have visited other Bruegger locations and they are NOTHING like this. This location is an abomination to the Bruegger brand.

Unreal how bad this place can be. It should be closed down. The net result of whatever is going on in managing this location is that the bagels are horrible, the sandwiches have missing ingredients, and it's almost a guarantee that is will be the case for any order. What else is there to say when the consistence of a location is so bad that I make jokes about it. I don't recommend ever ordering from this location.

We arrived expecting a nice bruegger's experience, but left feeling disappointed and confused. There were only two tables inside, despite having a large seating area. The kitchen, walls, and ceiling were dirty, exhibiting signs of not being properly cleaned in a long while. My wife's bagel tasted stale and my salmon lunch bagel sandwich was hastily slapped together and cold with ingredients that did not taste fresh. We will not be back to this location. I think this would be a great place for both a health and corporate inspection in order to get the place back on track.

Came in with my son to get lunch for the fam. Waiting in line and the guy making sandwiches waved his buddy ahead of everyone in line. I asked for no onions. There were onions loose in the wrapper. They were out of the usual Farmhouse bagels. The sandwiches were sloppily thrown together. They were not cut in the middle but off to the side. How lazy do you have to be to just not cut them in the center of the sandwich? And not to cut them all the way through? It took forever. And I watched my bag with my complete order sit on the counter for several minutes before they realized it was mine and should give it to me (I wasn’t absolutely sure it was mine or I would have said something). Just sad cause I like getting lunch there, but not going back.Oh, and $43 for 4 sandwiches and a couple drinks. And, of course they ask you to tip before giving you terrible service - not like you can take it back.

I’ve tried to go here twice in the last 6 months and each time they’ve been closed even though the hours indicate they’re open. Today, the open sign was in the window, but door was locked and lights were off. Very disappointing since I live out of state and Brueggers is a treat.

This is the third time (I’m going to stop trying!) I’ve arrived an hour before closing only to find 2 types of bagels available & they are some of the more unique flavors. Staff barely talks and when asking for options, they have none and have no plans to make more. Only 3 bagels were left today and the staff were making 6 eggs when I came in. I asked for a pickle w my sandwich and he said they were out. I asked if he could check the back and he said no. No accommodations made. However I was asked to tip! Skipping this place from now on.

I believe he is a manager because he has a black shirt. I think he is the best. He is cheery and wants you to be satisfied. I go there just for him.

Honestly it's a shame with Brueggers. I've been going to this location for years. And every visit you don't know what to expect. I'm sure partly due to maintaining staff, but no surprise there every company suffers from that right now. However the staff is always doing their best based on what I have seen - kudos to them. But I think it's the lack of efficiency and effective management that really irks me. Not everybody is going to go there to get a pre-made bagel or sandwich. Sometimes I go in there and just get the bakers dozen and don't even get them cut I just want the bagels. For those situations it's bewildering why anybody would willingly want to stand in line and watch them make six sandwiches in a row because someone placed one of those complex orders which is fine if they had a way to manage other customer that are just buying some bagels that take less than 60 seconds to fullfill. Online ordering might be an option but a lot of the times when we want bagels it's impulsive. Anyway I'm torn because I would hate to see them go out of business they are the only good option around here but I refuse to stand in line 15 to 20 minutes to place an order that takes 60 seconds to complete. Really needs to be a better process for all of this. Placing bagels in a rack where customers can grab what they want with tongs would be better than that wait. Having a big sign at checkout that says if you just need bagels (no cuts) ready to go please come to the register would be better than a wait. Making a deal with Jerry's next door to sell their bagels would be better than a wait. Lol anything is better than a unproductive and unnecessary wait. Anyway good luck!

Kind and friendly staff work here. I will return for coffee and freshly baked New York style bagels.

Staff is very friendly & responsive however when there is downtime they clearly do no cleaning. Food debris on counters, dirty surfaces- where food is prepped & the floors. Corporate or franchisee owner needs to step in. Bare minimum hire cleaning staff

Placed a pickup order and it wasn't ready 20 minutes after the scheduled time and took another 10 minutes to finish. Crew did not understand the issue with being that far behind and did nothing when informed I was on a deadline.

Business hours should not be trusted. Bruegger’s has opened up to 2.5 hours late twice in the las month. You should be ok around the lunch hour.

Poor service. Took 40 minutes just for them to toast three bagels with cream cheese. These restaurants does not prioritize online orders or DoorDash orders which ends up affecting our delivery time. Do better

My bagel sandwhich was okay. But I didn't care for the place. I noticed reviews from a month or two ago about the place being dirty and such and it's sad that nothing changed. I don't think I'll be back. Something has to change. It did take too long for my sandwhich to be done as well.
