We moved out of MN 4 years ago but every time we visit we have to come to Brueggers at least once! Bacon egg cheese on a bagel is the best!

A huge part of this place is the people. They are always welcoming, sweet, and attentive. The food is amazing but the people who prepare it are even better. I’ve never had a bad experience and I keep coming back!
They know my order and the bagels are good… BUT every Sunday if you show up after 10am expect to wait 30 minutes. They are never staffed for the Sunday rush and they have tenured staff on Sunday mornings but never enough. It should be an in and out in 10 minutes.

The store is filthy! Around the trays of food they grab from, the glass, the floor has food all over, garbage is over flowing. The edges all around the food is filthy with old food.Peeking in the back looked just as bad.Someone please clean the store. We used to love to go there.Had to walk out.I based my stars on previous visits
